Alyson Michalka is a Red Carpet Ruby

Alyson Michalka gets glamourous in a red ruby dress at the premiere of Twilight at Mann Village’s Bruin Theater on Monday night in Westwood, Calif.

The 19-year-old singer and her younger sister, AJ, recently posted a new video on their official site. They go into a bat cave in Aruba! Be sure to watch all the way to the end — that’s where where they encounter bats! EEEE!

Alyson will be co-starring with High School Musical sweetheart Vanessa Hudgens in the upcoming Bandslam, set to hit theaters in July 2009.

About three things I was absolutely positive. First, I was jealous that Aly got to go to the Twilight premiere. Second, She looks amazingly amazing in that ruby red dress– which also makes me jealous of her. And third, her and her sister’s music is amazing and I cannot wait for their new album.
