Selena Gomez sips on her soft drink as she and mom Mandy Teefy have lunch at a local Subway deli in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon.
The 16-year-old Wizards starlet will be joining with leading ladies Cameron Diaz and Salma Hayek to present at CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute. Each nominee for a Hero Award will be honored in a documentary tribute and a celebrity introduction by one of the three Latinas. The show will broadcast on Thanksgiving night, November 27th @ 9PM ET/PT in English and Spanish.
Selena’s show, Wizards of Waverly Place, has a new episode this Sunday, November 23rd. Be sure to watch it!

Whyy does this always have to turn into a Selena vs. Miley debate?
It’s soo not even worth it, because there are people who will always HATE Selena and LOVE Miley no matter what, and vice versa.
But there’s no reason to pick a side and and make sure EVERYONE knows you think Selena (or Miley) is a fugly life-stealing b”"”", or whatever. It’s reeaalllyyy not even that nice to say in the first place.
Selena and Miley don’t hate each other, so why should we be arguing over who is better?
