Miley & Mandy Want To ‘See You Again’
Miley Cyrus gets the girls — big sis Brandi, BFF Mandy Jiroux, Nicole Webber and Moosh — together for another hilarious video, which was posted on Miley and Mandy’s official YouTube channel!
The 16-year-old Disney starlet collected all of her friends and threw together another Sweet 16 party. Miley starts off the vid watching herself in an episode of Hannah Montana, but it soon turns into a sleepover party when the other girls drop by. They all rock out to Year One’s rendition of Miley’s “See You Again”. Who forgot to invite us?

it makes sense for miley and mandy to be friends i mean, mandy toured with miley during the hannah tour and they became friends and still are friends now. Im sure she has other friends but if they became close during the hannah tour it makes sense theyre friends now

1) why is mandy hanging out with a 16 year old?
2) miley= pretending that she’s older, so she can BE cooler
3) why does miley act like a complete fool, who makes of fun of herself looking even more bad?
4) this video was terrible! and annoying! with the screaming & yelling!

so called ‘haters’ who want their opinion respected - thats fair enough, you deserve it as much as the next person, but i think you should also respect that Miley is just a girl -like everyone else and while you dont have to love her or appreciate anything she does, you dont have to say negative things about her eg “miley hater” why dont you respect that is the way she is? (or appears to be unless you know her personally) and if you dont have anything nice to say dont say it at all. And so what if Mandy is a lot older than her? Miley doesnt go to normal school and therefore the friends she makes are people she works with who just happen to be a bit older.
