Selena Gomez looks spectacular as she snuggles up to British star Brad Kavanagh in a Matthew Williamson black and violet dress at the British Academy Children’s Film and Television Awards in London on Sunday evening.
The 16-year-old Disney darling’s film Horton Hears a Who was nominated for the Feature Film Award. Wall-E took home the award. Selena also presented an award for Best International TV series.
Selena and her Wizards of Waverly Place castmates - David Henrie, Jake T. Austin and Jennifer Stone - will be hosting Disney Channel’s New Year’s celebration, Totally New Year. Viewers can now go online to DisneyChannel.com to vote for their favorite music videos, episodes and moments of 2008 to air in the special on Wednesday, December 31st.

You don’t have to ‘know’ fashion to say you don’t like something someone is wearing. It’s not as much about the ‘in’ style, rather than how it flatters someones figure and skin tone. Or even, whether that person would wear the dress themselves.
There has been some very questionable ‘fashionable’ styles in the past, and if you’re motto is ‘well it’s catwalk and designer so it must be great’ is a very naive, stupid way to think. Dress your figure.
After all that however, I like the dress, and she looks very cute.

Seriously, I have right to give my opinion, and I don’t care about whoever made the dress! You wouldn’t hold yourself back if it was a dress by a nobody, right?
And YES I actually know about fashion, I have been modelling for 7 years now, and I grew up with fashion having a desingner as mother.
If YOU knew anything about fashion, you would know that this dress would look better if she was wearing it with a skinny black belt, because there are so many layers.
Btw, I never said I hated Selena’s style..
