Vanessa Hudgens is Katsu-Ya Covered Up
Paparazzi-shy Vanessa Hudgens hides her face from photographers as she makes her way into Sushi Katsu-Ya for dinner on Saturday in Studio City, Calif.
The 19-year-old High School Musical sweetheart was seen hiding her face as she was denied a seat at the restaurant.
Vanessa then jumped in her car with her mother Gina and little sister Stella. The family then bolted home to order for delivery!
UPDATE: A rep for Katsu-Ya exclusively tells JustJaredJr.com they are deeply sorry for not being able to seat Vanessa: “There were no available tables and the management was extremely sorry they could not accommodate her.”

Just another thought…Her family stayed in the car and waited while Vanessa went in to check if there’s available tables…..and now that the papz is around they decided to ditch them and just head back home and ordering delivery.
Can’t even get a meal without the papz.
i LOVE her. and her hiding her face has nothing to do with embarrassment. zac has even said before….if they cant get her face, they cant publish the pictures.

I like Vanessa and I think she is a goodactress/singer but come on. She should be happy that paparazzi is followin her. She shouldn’t be acting like an Olsen twin trying to be all big and hiding her face like shes the biggest actress out there. I don’t know I really like her but her and Ashley Tisdale are letting there disney fame go to their heads.
Vanessa was not DENIED a seat in the restaurant.
I realize that JJ wants to make it sound like they didn’t want Vanessa there.
But, that is NOT the case.
The restaurant was full and they would have had to wait for at least an hour in order to get in. So, they didn’t wait.

They need to give V a break.. especially at night with all the flashy bulbs.. come on now.. it was bad enough when they were sydney and zanessa were in their hotel room and the paps took pics but now the car…

JJ likes to get Vanessa’s fans worked up that’s why the posts certain things. He likes to get a lot of comments he does not care if they are good or bad. That’s his job.
V looks gorgeous!!! she does have an amazing style!! it is too sad how paps follow her everyday. she is famous and comes with the territory but she is a human too and lives a normal life like anyone else. the paps could get really annoy at some point, but it’s like they’re stalking her 24/7 and she needs to live her life too. it is very sad though…. i do miss her and zanessa, but im sure that there is not better way to keep their relationship private though. bwt that ring she is wearing on her right hand looks like a new one….not sure. im just hoping to see zanessa together for V’s bday! and i agree on the fact that there were no empty tables in that restaurant,, of course she wasnt denied cuz it’s V and she will be the attention to attract more people into the restaurant so yea the tables were full and she chose to order something from home, which will be an easier way, especially with all that commotion and paps driving her crazy! poor V-Love her

Wow idiots. She was hiding her face because of the paps. That place is always packed unless you have a reservation. They would have to wait hours so obviously they didn’t and just got take out. If she was a diva she would have demanded they clear up room for her but she didn’t do anything like that.

that main pic where JJ attached 3 pictures of V into 1, that one with her face exposed, that’s not one taken from Katsu-ya, that was from her visit to the library. JJ included that there coz he knew eyebrows will raise when he wasn’t able to get a picture of nesa’s face exposed.
which proves zac’s theory, pap’s can’t sell pictures of celebrities who don’t show their faces.

think logically, if they were any seats left they’d (the ppl at the restaurant) would give it to her, who would pass up the opportunity to have more money and to have a celebrity in their restaurant. And of course she’s that famous, if she wasn’t she’d be like monique coleman who NEVER gets followed around unless she’s with a famous person. And JJ, whatever you have against vanessa shouldn’t affect your work, it just goes to show you can’t be a good reporter if you let personal feelings get in the way of your posts, so I suggest you toughen up, and soon or start treating EVERYONE on this site like that
