The Jonas Brothers Get a Grammy Nomination!
The Jonas Brothers stand proud after receiving their first Grammy nomination in the press room at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Wednesday evening.
The musical trio - Nick, Joe and Kevin - received a Grammy Nomination for Best New Artist along with Adele, Duffy, Lady Antebellum, and Jazmine Sullivan.
The brothers also performed their song “Girl of My Dreams” at Christmas at Rockefeller Center tonight (it was pretaped). Check it out below and congrats to the JoBros!

Regardless even if they win or not in this category, I’m still so proud of them for even getting a nomination. The Grammys is one of the most prestigious award in the music industry, so getting a nomination for that is definitely a huge success for them
I’m glad they’re finally being recognized more than just being “Disney” as many would say.

I dont think they will win. Besides i hear the grammys arent very pretigeous anymore. I forgot how the grammys base their nominations. It would make more sense if they were nominated at like nickelodian best new artist but avril lavigne was nominated like 5 times for skaterboi so i guess i could see how jb was nominated.

lol sorry to burst your bubble but nick has heels on his shoes too. joe’s the only one that doesn’t, which is why he always looks the shortest. in reality their all about the same height, and on the short side.

Are you freakin kidding me? These guys suck. I saw them perform at the half time football game and the guy couldnt even carry a tune. I had never listened to them before but i did wonder what the hype was so i listened. Terrible just terrible.
As great as that is for them and all, even though this is their THIRD album and they are not new artists, they are in over their head. Adele, Duffy? They don’t have a chance. Anyone can make music just like their’s. And they are just DIsney’s kids. Made, marketed, and manufactured by DIsney for us to like. They are sooooo not going to win. Hate to break it to all the lame Jonas fans.

They deserve this. They’ve worked so hard the past few years. They’ve gone from playing shows with 30 some people to thousands of people. I’m so happy for them.

i did notice nick frozen looking at one side of the stage he could not keep his eyes too long without looking at that side interesting! oh wait i just remember wasnt miley their too! i know she perform that night as well! they perform more than one song they also did a little bit longer someone on you tube said miley was their with her boyfriend justin! miley perform two songs too! but in one of her songs she said instead of people interfere she pointed and said your people interfere i think they watch each other performance was anyone their beside the person on you tube that took video!
