Taylor Swift: I Want A Boyfrend For My Birthday!
Taylor Swift stopped by The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Friday to perform her new hit song “White Horse.” The country superstar also stopped by for a quick chat with the talk show host:
On her 19th birthday next week: “Yes! I’m gonna celebrate with my band and have an end of the year party. And I need new glasses. And a boyfriend! (smiles)”
On one super excited fan of hers: “There was this little girl that I met outside the hotel. She was about 8-years-old and she came up to me. She said, ‘I’m so glad that I got to meet you because yesterday, I spent the entire day going from floor to floor of the hotel and screaming your name.’ And there are 20 floors of that hotel! That’s dedication, so I was happy to meet her.”

i hate when people say “i need a boyfriend” or “i want a boyfriend” its so desperate and annoying. and it makes guys run away bc you sound so desperate they think you only want them just to have a boyfriend at the moment. ew so don’t say it! lol

I think she’s pretty damn cool. She’s a greats singer and her album is awesome! So what if she’s boy obsessed. She’s 18! And so am I! She’s pretty funny about it at least.
I think that she is a good role model so far and everything. But she has to stop talking about Joe Jonas it was one of her biggest downfalls. It makes her seem like that whiney litle high school girl.

It always sounds really pathetic when girls say things like: “i want a boyfriend” or “I need a guy”. At 19, shouldn’t she know that you don’t need a boyfriend to be happy. That’s one of the reasons why I can’t stand her. She always talking about boys, specifically her ex-boyfriends, and she keeps nothing to herself. Someone should teach her when to shut her mouth.
Another boyfriend? My gosh. She is just 18, turning 19. Its most likely she’s not going to marry them. Could she be any more immature? I mean, she should get to know the person longer before she goes out with them, instead of going around saying, “I want a boyfriend!” Life isn’t always about boyfriends and girlfriends.
