Emma Watson Tells ‘The Tale of Despereaux’
Emma Watson laughs alongside mouse Despereaux in a navy William Tempest dress at the premiere of her new animated movie, The Tale of Despereaux, at the Archlight Hollywood Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon.
The 18-year-old starlet recently sat down with MTV and dished on Despereaux, Harry Potter and co-star Daniel Radcliffe. Emma shared that she loves playing the princess: “I read the script, and I just loved it. It was so charming. I fell in love with Despereaux, so I really didn’t have a choice. I had to be his princess.”
She was also surprised to find out that her co-star Matthew Broderick was in The Lion King. She said shockingly, “No way! I did not realize that [he was Simba]! I knew he was amazing anyway, but I did not realize he did The Lion King. That is awesome. I have a whole newfound respect. I’m now even more in love with him.”

she is honestly hands down the most gorgeous person alive on planet Earth EVERRRR!!!! i can’t get over her beauty it is absolutely stunning, she is flawless!!!! this movie looks great, i remember reading this book when i was younger, great book, by a great author, i believe it was Kate Dicamillo (i know i spelled that wrong, sorry!!) who also wrote Because Of Winn- Dixie, which was also made into a fantastic movie starring AnaSophia Robb, Jeff Daniels, Dave Matthews, and other great actors. Looks like this film includes the voices of some great stars also!!! Can’t wait to see this, and I am 16 years old hahaha

God, I love this girl. She’s great in every interview I’ve read or seen, and it seems that she and her parents have good heads on their shoulders. Apparently, when she turned 18, her parents made her sit through some seminars on how to manage all the Hermione cash she’s accumulated, which she now legally has full access to.
So she’s pretty much great both in and out. Heck, I even love her voice! And it doesn’t hurt at all that she’s fit as hell.
