Miley Cyrus Gets Her Learner’s Permit!
Miley Cyrus proudly shows off her learner’s permit in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon.
The 16-year-old Hannah Montana star drove mom Tish’s SUV all the way home.
Miley recently came through on her promise to Radio Disney dee jay Ernie D and showed him around the set of her popular Disney show.

ummmm…. miley just got her PERMIT?? what! shes 16 and was bragging about getting a car for MONTHS and if she just got her permit she has to wait 6 months to take her license test.
and shes gunna get a car before she has her license?
and how come there were all these quotes of her talking about how she was such a good driver when she didn’t even have her PERMIT??
looks like she was driving illegally.

Maybe she knew she was a good driver because she drove the car while she was getting her learners permit..You know how you have to drive before you get your permit? Or maybe because she grew up on a 500 acre farm so she was able to drive quads, and dirt bikes and possibly even cars on that 500 acres…So you know those 2 things might be ways that shes learned that she is a good driver.
Well anyways I saw a video of her driving the other day and she seemed to be a good driver! And I love how she seems so happy that she got her permit. I’m too much of a worry wart/Chicken to go get my permit lol

In some states you get your permit at 16 and licence at 17
In my state of NY that how it goes but i know in states like florida you get your permit at 15
I got mine already and soon taking my road test

that’s not a learners permit, thats a DRIVERS LICENSE! it’s what you get before they send you the official one in the mail!
duhh, she already has her permit because she has already done behind the wheel training, and in california you need a permit before they let you do that
Yes, you can drive before you get your permit. Not on the roads, but in parking lots and stuff. You have to, so you can get your permit. I’m only 14 and can’t get my permit until I’m 16, but I’ve already driven…while learning in a parking lot.

#24 thats permit that Miley has. How do I know? Cause I live in California (Just like Miley). They take your picture when you are going to take your permit and you get that same paper that she has once you pass your permit w/ the picture you took. And btw the picture you see on her permit will be on the License. And even though I can see her pic well. Let me just say that hers came out better than mine cause now my Drivers License looks like a MUGSHOT!
And btw Congrats on your permit Miley. I passed on my 3rd try.
