Miley Cyrus: Golden Globe Giddy!
Miley Cyrus is all smiles about her Golden Globe nomination as she poses next to Hannah Montana producer Steven Peterman.
The 16-year-old starlet tells People that she was woken up at 5:30AM this morning about her nom for Best Original Song. She shares, “I’m so stoked! I never expected to get nominated. I can’t believe I’m on the same list as Clint Eastwood, Beyoncé, Bruce Springsteen and everyone else.”
Miley received a Golden Globe nomination this morning for her original song, “I Thought I Lost You,” which is featured in her new movie, Bolt.
She’s already thinking about who she wants to bring as her date to the award show.
Miley contemplated, “I would love to have two dates. I would love John Travolta to be my date because this is our movie, and Jeffrey [Steele] because he wrote the song with me and he’s such a good friend.”

If her voice sounds fake and she sings bad, she wouldn’t be nominated for a GOLDEN GLOBE would she?

Honestly, I was SOOO happy about the Golden Globe nominees. There’s Heath Ledger, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet, and Anne Hathaway! That’s quite a list! But then when I found out Miley was nominated.. you have no idea how angry I was. She doesn’t deserve it at all. Dakota Fanning has been in the business for how long? and still hasn’t received this recognition where Miley who is on some stupid Disney show and sings like a goose gets this high Hollywood honor. I’m praying that she doesnt win and that she doesnt get nominated for an Oscar either.
