Zac to Vanessa: Happy 20th Birthday!
Zac Efron and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens share a smile as they make their way to Los Angeles eatery Stanley’s in L.A. on Sunday afternoon.
The 21-year-old actor surprised his High School Musical sweetheart with a bouquet of flowers and a very large gift under his arm as he picked her up this afternoon to celebrate her 20th birthday.
Vanessa spent the day before her birthday at the 2008 Environmental Youth Conference at the Los Angeles Convention Center with co-star Olesya Rulin.

If you look at picture number 5 you can clearly see that if the pap’s were,nt their they’d be holding hands as they are like in quite a few of the pictures shoulder to shoulder and staying in close contact with each other, which is great to see that they are giving each other support with the pap,s in their faces on Vanessa special day.
To say it is fake is rubbish look at picture 5 is all I will say their hands are touching but not holding but contact is still there.
