Zac Efron Brings Christmas to Mattel Children’s Hospital
Zac Efron gives back by bringing tons of children the spirit of Christmas at the Mattel Children’s Hospital at UCLA on Friday in Los Angeles.
The 21-year-old actor joined Gifts.com in giving presents out to all the patients at the hospital. Zac took the time to sign autographs and pose for pictures.
Zac appeared on the E! True Hollywood Story: From A to Zac last night. The special also featured The Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift.

You know lots of celebrities do things for others without a photo shoot to promote themselves. I guess he has to remind people he is still around and not to forget him.

Get off of it and quit trying to be a smart alack. You know perfectly well he doesn’t have to do anything for people to remember who he is. You just sound ridiculous. He isn’t here to promote himself. He is here because their are sick kids and kids know who he is and will be excited to see him. AND it just might make their situation a little better for a couple of hours. He is also doing this to bring ATTENTION TO THE HOSPITAL and what they are doing so others will get involved. Do you know Elizabeth Taylor?? Do you think she has helped raise millions of dollars for AIDES research through her benefits, etc. Do you think she did those things to be seen and to promote HERSELF or do you suppose it was for a good CAUSE? Quit being an oversize jerk.

Some people make me REALLY sick with their assumptions. Like rhonda. Do you really think he would do this as a promotion stunt? Not every celeb only cares for money and the spotlight. Zac is one of those who don’t and just wants to help these children.

# 14: these kids are anything but lucky. Sure, they’ve seen Zac, but they all have problems you couldn’t imagine. It’s so sad for them to have the diseases they have. You should be happy you’re healthy and not be jealous of people who are ill and deserve to experience something good in their lives, like seeing Zac.
