Drew Seeley and Savannah Outen take over the stage together at Radio Disney’s Jingle Jam 2008 on Saturday in Orlando, Fla.
The singing duo sang hit song, “Breaking Free”, from Disney’s phenomenon High School Musical.

Zanessa is the best
But Drew is also great
Savvanah’s good as country, but pop isn’t her thing, really. Love her though. Even though Drew was blended with Zac, something about Zac’s performance always plays in my head when I hear the song. He and Vanessa are just always it for me

Drew definitely sing better than Zac Efron in HSM 1 especially because he sings 90 percent of the songs in it ( blending is just another way to say it but it’s not true )..
However, as for performance, Zac and Vanessa ( even though they never really sing LIVE with each other ), I believe will WIN and steal the show because they have such chemistry already. I like Vanessa’s voice better than Savannah in this song but maybe because she’s the ORIGINAL anyway, original always be the better one…..

No they can never compare to zanessa they are unique they just make that song special not just how they perform it in hsm1 but you can see their chemistry and that something was to be fruit between them later on =) xoxo

zac is not even sing in the first HSM 1… just like 5 percent of it..
i understand drew’s voice was blended with zac’s voice.
my only question is why is drew trying to cash in on the hsm songs? doesn’t he have any of his own?

Zanessa wins hands down. Yes, even though Drew and Zac’s voice were blended, (you can actually tell that it is blended, you hear one voice that’s deep (Zac) and you hear the other that’s sorta high (Drew) they only blended it cause they said that Zac’s voice was too deep) Zanessa’s always been the singing couple
But Drew is so awesome..i swear, he has the voice of an angel !!
to number 13 and 14, Drew WROTE getcha head in the game so it’s practically his song…
beside, Zac himself already promise himself not to sing any of HSM1 song which is a let down for some fans because the songs in HSM1 was really good. So why not?
as for Breaking Free, since it is a famous song and lots of people do a cover duet with it. Why not ?
I don’t understand why Zac and Vanessa were brought up for this, this song was never a Zac and Vanessa song…. It’s always been Vanessa and Drew. And actually the only parts that ARE Zac from HSM1 are a few of the beginnings.. they were not blended. Zac never sang any of these songs on his own and you can definitely tell the difference.
Personally, Drew and Vanessa are my favorite together. They did an amazing job on the tour and the chemistry is definitely there between the two.
This is about performance value, not couples~~
Zanessa did a way better job, Savannahs voice is too low for the song, i do like her song goodbye though. vanessa did iit way better though, she was the original and she has the voice for it, and even though zacs voice was bleneded with drews, zac sounds better than drew

it’s pretty annoying how zac’s fan can’t admit that it was all Drew who sang in the first HSM….
i am a fan of him too but I know that he didn’t sing in the first hsm other than the first and end line of breaking free and in balcony scene…
as for hsm 2 and 3 songs, he was REALLY GOOD though…. but still Drew was a part of HSM too… and let him sing his own damn song…. !!

Drew has an alright voice, the girl isn’t really that good or maybe it’s just this song. Zac didn’t really sing in the first movie and though I was disappointed, I realize that they didn’t want him to sing alone till his voice was fully changed. Troy’s voice is so much better in HSM2 and 3 when it’s just Zac so hands down Zanessa is way better than they guys. Drew wrote Getcha head in the game? Interesting. That’s my least favorite song in the whole series. I like the title as the Team’s catch phrase but the song isn’t that great. Or maybe I don’t like the fact that when I listen to it I only hear Drew’s voice so I prefer listening to the songs from the other movies where it’s all Zac.
