Happy Birthday, David Archuleta!

The American Idol runner-up will celebrate his 18th birthday and ring the 2009 with V Factory and Ashley Tisdale in his home state of Utah. The NewPhoria New Year’s bash will be at McKay Events Center in Orem, Utah with special performances by David and V Factory.
