Miley Cyrus takes a solo spin on her bike through her neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon in Los Angeles.
The 16-year-old Hannah Montana starlet must love riding her bike — she took a bike ride a few days ago with her family and special friend Justin Gaston.
Miley, BFF Mandy Jiroux and Justin also counted down their favorite things of 2008 — including SNL skit, “Melina.” Thanks to Allison, we’ve found it! Check it out!

#15 i totally agree since she is riding on the road she shuld wear a helmet- i mean in mi country (NZ) it is illegal to not wear a helmet when riding a bike
