Miley Cyrus: It’s A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhoodend

Miley Cyrus takes a solo spin on her bike through her neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon in Los Angeles.

The 16-year-old Hannah Montana starlet must love riding her bike — she took a bike ride a few days ago with her family and special friend Justin Gaston.

Miley, BFF Mandy Jiroux and Justin also counted down their favorite things of 2008 — including SNL skit, “Melina.” Thanks to Allison, we’ve found it! Check it out!

Luv the outfit. Miley always looks great. She’s dressed appropriately. I live in the city and you see bikers dressed for work, school, or just going out. And, she has a cute bike.

well for one think she mite crap off her bike or get hit by a car so u know that is y ppl should wear helmets- they culd b goin down a hill really fast and fall off and have a serious head injury duh! Gosh u americans r so stupid!
