Demi Lovato: Sonny With A Chance is Madness!
Demi Lovato is anxious for her new Disney series, Sonny With A Chance, to start and dished to MTV on what it’s all about.
The 16-year-old starlet shared with the music channel, “[It's a] show within a show. The show is actually a sitcom. It’s the Disney version of 30 Rock, On that show, we have a rivalry with another show, and there’s so many, like, crazy plot lines. I play this girl who comes to L.A., or Hollywood, and is kind of thrown into all this madness.”
Demi also reveals that she relates to her character, Sonny Munroe, a lot. “She’s, like, this little Midwestern or Wisconsin girl I kind of can relate to. I’m from Texas and I’m thrown into this [thing that's like], ‘Whoa everything is awesome.’ It’s really interesting.”
Sonny with a Chance premieres Sunday, February 8th @ 8PM ET/PT on Disney Channel.
