Selena Gomez: FTSK Fan!
Selena Gomez got the chance to joke around with the members of rock band Forever The Sickest Kids last weekend.
The 16-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place leading lady spent the weekend with Jonathan, Kent, Kyle, Caleb, Marc, and Austin, singing with them on their new single, “She’s A Lady.”
FTSK even blogged on their official website about the visit. They wrote, “We got a surprise visit today at the studio by a very special lady, Selena came by to hang, she is so super fun and one of the most talented, down to earth friends we have met! She sat down with us and acoustic guitars and picked up the harmonies to ‘She’s A Lady’ first time through the song! She recorded it and it should be on youtube soon! We just had the most rockin’ time ever with her and are pulling super hard for her, and her new album! Go get it when it comes out pleeeease! If you are bored go to her myspace and tell her Forever The Sickest Kids love her! (p.s. you can tell Taylor Swift the same thing!) I use to think that Selena didn’t actually wants to do the whole singing thing and the Disney Channel star producing Machine was making her but now i feel like she truly thinks she can do this and i feel like she could be torn apart and disrespected. She’s decent and really cute so that will carry her but i think it can be embarrassing to put out an album when you have a best friend like Demi Lovato who can actually sing.

Sorry ppl. I think Selena is an amazing actress, but singing is NOT her thing. All you ppl who say she CAN sing are in ‘disney fan’ denial or something, because she really can’t. The sad thing is that I’m sure she’ll sound decent on her CD because Hollywood Records will EDIT it to death.

She is 16, and FTSK range from the ages of 19-24, so why the heck are they hanging out with someone so young.. They should be trying for an audience of 16+ not 6+ like Selenas fan base.

Im kind of indifferent about Selena but I seriously hope for her sake that she does not get heavily involved with this band, I’ve seen a lot of bands live and forever the sickest kids was one of the worst Ive seen.

the whole double standard about miley and selena doesnt exist. if selena had gone through something considered scandalous too then it would be a double standard to not call her a s*** when she is hanging out in a room full of boys, but she didn’t!
