Jonas Brothers ‘Burn Up’ the Grammys
Joe and Kevin Jonas heat up the 2009 Grammy Awards with music legend Stevie Wonder in Los Angeles on Sunday (February 8).
The musical trio — Nick, Joe and Kevin — performed their number one song, “Burnin’ Up” as well as Stevie’s hit, “Superstition.” Check out their performance of both songs below! FYI: In September, the Jonas Brothers performed at the birthday party of Stevie Wonder’s 7-year-old son, Kailand..
Sadly, the JoBros lost out to Adele for Best New Artist.

I am suprised. The grammys got its lowest rating. Wow its soo true. It so sucked. All the good musicans were not nomaited. I guess next year is going to rock! And btw Jonas didn’t win they aint new and they wanted someone who isn’t always on the covers on magazines and yua
Uh just so you know you get nominated for best new artist based on when your last album came out. the official definition is on the grammy site. it says For a new artist who releases, during the Eligibility Year, the first recording which establishes the public identity of that artist. Taylor swift would have been nominated but her album came out too late.
they ruined stevie wonder!!
awesome performance w/ stevie!
From Baltimore Sun…
Perhaps the oddest pairing on last night’s show was the great Stevie Wonder with the yelping Jonas Brothers. Their performance of Wonder’s “Superstition” was an embarrassment for the siblings. The trio’s vocal and musical limitations were on full display as the Motown legend and the powerful soul band pummeled the teen heartthrobs.
When watching the Burnin’ Up bit last night, the only thing that went through my was, “Poor Stevie Wonder…”
they ruined Stevie Wonder!!!
ruined him!!!!
Stevie Is The Best !!
awesome. aweseome. aweseome!!! their performance was awesome! :]
*awesome
sorry
The Jonas Brothers and Stevie Wonder performing together on the same stage? Who was on drugs to dream up that one? If only Stevie could’ve opened his eyes and seen three manufactured wannabes. Grammy folks would have been best to let Stevie and Paul McCartney jam for 3-4 songs. That would have been one heck of an evening, not juveniles yelling, “Come On Stevie!” Utter crap!
so embarrassing…this proves how much talent they have…which is not too much…how can a person forget a classic song…a stevie wonder song!!….i’m not a fan anymoree
