Miley Cyrus looks stunning in a silver Zuhair Murhad gown as she arrives at the 2009 Oscars held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (February 22).
The 16-year-old Hannah Montana starlet completed her red carpet look with a Mary Norton clutch, Neil Lane jewels and BCBG shoes. Miley’s animated flick, Bolt, is nominated for Best Animated Feature.
Hugh Jackman is hosting the 2009 Oscars. Performers for the night also include: Anne Hathaway, Beyoncé, Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens and Amanda Seyfried & Dominic Cooper.

i agree that the dress isn’t that amazing and that it’s amazing that she didn’t do the peace sign. but still, her make up is stunning, as is her hair. she is always so cute, even in a lame dress.

Her dress makes me think of a fish. Makeup and hair are ok. The dress doesn’t fit her age. It makes her seem older than she is, especially with her boobs up and out.
