Vanessa Hudgens: New Moon Possible?
HSM starlet Vanessa Hudgens had a busy night last night at the 2009 Oscars.
The 20-year-old actress ran into Extra last night on the red carpet and commented on the rumors still surrounding her and the Twilight movies. She shared with Mario Lopez, “It’s still a rumor. I’m really interested, I think it’s a great project but nothing’s happening as of now. Yes, love it [the movie]. My sister [Stella Hudgens] has read all of the books too.”

i wouldn’t mind vanessa being in the film, it would be quite interesting.
(: playing a new character other then gabriella. of course there will always be haters, but if she wants to do her own thing, then let her. it’s her job as an actress, to explore new roles.

Lol you think all disney actors have no talent or musical abilities. She CAN sing. She hasn’t been given an opportunity to really show her non-disney acting, so once Bandslam comes out you can judge that a little better.
However, I think being in a movie as big as twilight would be an amazing opportunity for her, however she needs to be able to act to do that, i mean REALLY act. So time will tell, but I believe in her. And support her.
I think she should it will give her a chance to see what she can really do with acting cuz’ there wouldn’t be any singing or dancing just acting.
and plus I think Robnessa make one fit couple lol.
i honestly hope she doesnt play the roll. these movies are “special” and she is too mainstream. super cute, but just not right in my opinion.

I think that Vanessa is amazing, gorgeous, awsome, great in singing, acting, dancing, and everything else. She is a great role model for everyone, she is the BEST! I am a HUGE fan, but I really have to say that she should NOT do anything to do with Twilight. It’s NOT that she won’t do good, but I just think that its not the right role for her.
REASONS:
1. I have read the Twilight saga, and she does not really fit well.
2. It’s too small of a role, she’s better off doing bigger roles as the main character.
3. For me it would be IMPOSSIBLE for me to consentrate on her being anyone in that movie.
But if Vanessa really wants this role, then I’m willing to give her a chance, and support her (like I always do). THIS IS JUST MY OPINION. I REPEAT I AM A BIG FAN OF VANESSA, AND ZANESSA, AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT VANESSA DOES.

second of all, she just isn’t right for the part, no no, the movie. please dear god don’t let v get cast in the movie! even her FANS don’t want to see her in the role!
i hope she won’t do the movie, because she wouldn’t ruin the movie, rather the movie would ruin her. she would be typecasted for the rest of her career as someone that does teen movies. i think she should branch out just like zac is trying to do with his other roles. she would be great in different genres. she seems like a very versatile actress.

I don’t know if this is good for her. I mean, she fits leah’s description, but she needs to branch out, to try other stuff, nor teens movies anymore. She’s very talented, so she really needs to portray other kind of roles
