Miley Cyrus and BFF dancer Mandy Jiroux are excited to announce their brand-new contest that they’re hosting.
The duo are calling out all their fans to make a “Vote For Miley” Kids’ Choice Award video! They wrote in the notes section of the video about the contest, “Make an awesome video saying ‘Vote for Miley for Kids’ Choice Awards!!!!’ Whoever makes the sickest video will win one of the two prizes — Louis Vuitton iPod case or a diamond iPod. [Both are signed by the girls]
“To let us know you made a video comment this video titled ‘Miley & Mandy Show! KCA’ saying I MADE A VIDEO and then title your video that you made ‘KCA and your name.’ Please make the video you made your main video so we can check it out! When we decide we will send you a message and let you know you have won! Now, two will win but the rest of our favorites will be put in a play list on our page thanking you for participating!!! i wanted to vote for her but now that she made a video i dont, shes just a popular wanna be.
First of all, if you vote, you don’t get the ipod. You get the ipod if you make creative youtube video.
Second, most of Miley’s videos are for her huge fans and not haters. Fans really like this sort of things. This is a contribution to her fans.
Third, Miley is 16. Which 16 doesn’t like to receive awards? You don’t want her to act like grown up, formal and boring. This sort of childish and crazy way really suits her and this is why she is famous. She’s just been Miley. To me using her influence is rather smart.
To Kristina #39: I saw you vid too and commented using diff. name. From those 23 vid, your’s the best so far. The fact that Miley commented on it is REALLY AWESOME!!!!

The only people who are upset here are those who didn’t want her to win anything in the first place. She is up for what, 4 awards? Even without this “promotion”, and it is definitely promoting herself, she would have probably won 2 of those anyhow. But about the promotion….
The promotional video certainly is asking people to create a video stating their desire for her to win at these KCA awards, and they are doing that in droves, but that doesn’t force people to actually vote for her. Plus, it’s not like most of those same people weren’t aware that these awards were about to take place.
My own opinion is that these awards are lame anyhow. If its supposed to be about kids, then why are there fully grown adults up for nominations? They could have taken every category and filled the nominations with kids under 18. Plus Miley has already won these awards - they look silly, and why would she want more blimps? ugly trophies.
she is bribing peope to vote for her. she’s asking fans to get involved and make a video to support her! if she was bribing for votes she would be like “hey whoever votes for me the most gets this” she’s asking fans to get involved and giving them personal items. geez

It’s not ingenuity! IT’S HORRIBLE AND UNFAIR. I can’t believe the kids in this generation actually likes this girl who can’t even sing to save her life. No matter what she does, she’s always going to be a piece of crap.
