Zac Efron: Fan Frenzy in France!
Zac Efron runs to his waiting ride while being greeted by a crowd of fans as he leaves his hotel in Paris, France on Monday afternoon (March 23).
The 21-year-old actor is in the City of Lights to premiere his new flick, 17 Again. Zac will be at the Fnac - Châtelet today in Paris for a fan meet and greet.
17 Again is about a guy who gets a second chance at life and goes back to high school to redo his mistakes.

Zac and Vanessa are cute together. But I am not obsessed with there love lifes. I am a Zac Efron Fan. I am not a big fan of Vanessa’s yet. But I believe if you don’t like someone don’t hate on them. because that just make you look dumb.

It has been confirmed by etonline.com that Zac has pulled out of “footloose”. Paramount says that they still will make it happen. I wonder who they’re gonna cast now.

He longer wants to do musicals so that means HS2 is most likely out too especially since none of the major names Travolta, Pfieffer, Walken, Q, Latifah are coming back - that doesn’t bode well for that film.
Besides Zac is ready to move beyond that “sing and dance kid”
I think Zac should continue to do musicals, it’s just the matter of doing the right ones. HS2 seems stupid, and Footloose isn’t going to make it bit. Actors who not only act but sing and dance are very well respected in the acting community. I would love to see him put that amazing singing voice to good use, but I think he should also do some adult roles that are coming at him.
He’s only 21, he has all the time in the world to pick a bunch of different movies. I heard he is in talks for Jonny Quest, Spring Awakening, and Ohio, or at least talking about doing them, not necessarily already all set to do them.

Let’s just hope he doesn’t try to take too mature roles as of yet. You know like that famous pic that made everyone blush. He should take it slow. I see him more following a path like Shia Leboeuf’s. He can shine in anything, just do it step by step. And be patient. But I agree no footloose or hs2.

I am so gold Zac is doing Footlose I think he needs to stay away from Musical.
I think Zac should do a musical again but later and not right now. He needs to show Hollywood he can do a variety of things before he returns to do a musical.

Zac is really starting to show a really big ego if you ask me. first the sexy photos which only makes everyone question why? now he backs out of Footloose and we all know that the only reason Kenny Ortega probably wanted to direct this was because Zac was attached to the idea at first. in the past he was such a good role model and now he looks like he desparetly just wants to grow up and do stuff regardless of what his fans think. Yeah he can act, sing, dance, and still has good looks (aside from the fact that he despartely needs a haircut). but i think all this fame is starting to go to his head. he should be happy with any opportunity he can get especially now that he is in demand. but instead he is taking his time and bailing on a project he was committed to for 2 years now. he could at least do an interview and clear all this up. i used to be a zac efron fan but his recent decisions definintely cause me to wonder.
I really really love zac’s new do, it’s like a rocker hairstyle, which I find cute on him.
