Lucas Grabeel Can’t Be Bothered Now
Lucas Grabeel pops out of a box on stage at the Southland Theatre Artists Goodwill Event (S.T.A.G.E.) in Beverly Hills on Sunday evening (March 22).
The 24-year-old actor belted out George and Ira Gershwin’s “I Can’t Be Bothered Now.” S.T.A.G.E. is the longest continuously running AIDS benefit in the world and has raised more than $5 million for HIV/AIDS services throughout Southern California.
Actor Michael Kearns was honored and received the 2009 Producers STAGE Award.

I actually LOVE him. He’s incredible. An amazing performer. He is so underrated and deserves much more attention than he gets. (And plus I think he’s cute)

Lucas is so talented. He’s such a classic performer and entertainer. Reminds me of one of the gifted performers of old Hollywood actually. And he’s so underrated. I hope only good things are coming his way.
I like how Lucas is balancing his career. He took a role in Milk and now he’s doing this Gershwin number. He is talented. Good luck to him.
I don’t think Lucas will ever want for work. It would be too easy for any director or producer to see how talented he is.

#14, I was just about to say something like that. He might actually have a career after HSM because he’s taking rolls as apossed to turning down rolls ala Efron turning down the remake to Footloose cause its a musical and he’s done with musicals now he says. I think we all know (or should know by now) that that Hudgens isnt going to work again. Her “career” is over.
He’s good. I don’t know why he isn’t as famous as the other HSM stars. He’ll get his time soon.

How can someone have a voice like that? That was awesome! He really is the most talented of the HSM cast.
