Taylor Swift is Radiant in Red
Taylor Swift stands out on the red carpet in a ruby red Angel Sanchez dress at the 44th Annual Academy Of Country Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas on Sunday night (April 5).
The 19-year-old musician completed her red carpet look with Neil Lane jewels, a VBH clutch and Christian Louboutin heels. Taylor is nominated for two awards tonight — Top Female Vocalist and Album of the Year (for Fearless).
Taylor posed with fellow country artist Carrie Underwood backstage at rehearsals earlier this afternoon. She recently tweeted, “Listening to Miranda Lambert sing her new song ‘Dead Flowers’. Incredible! It’s gonna be huge.”

Her lipstick looks perfect with the dress color. And her hair looks absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to see her performance and I hope she wins tonight. She definitely deserves it. emily, i was watching the live feed of this and she said it was a modified gown–i’m pretty sure it’s a modified version of a dress on their website. go to http://www.angelsanchezusa.com/ and click on spring 09, then view entire collection–it’s the first one in the second row
if you click on detail it says “Silk gazar modified a-line gown with diagonal seams and ruffle neckline”

i like the dress but i dont think that it suits her.
I pity any girl standing next to Taylor as she would pale in comparison to how gorgeous Taylor is.
i like the dress and color, it’s beautiful but on her hmm… she looks like she’s playing dress-up in mom’s closet. overall not a bad effort though.
Great dress, great jewelry, and her hair looks fantastic. However, (don’t hate on me for this) there is something about the way her face looks that is just unappealing to me. Don’t get me wrong; I’m not calling her ugly. I think she can look really pretty. But her eyes are… kinda squinty and seem a bit far apart. Maybe it’s just certain pics though.
Whatever. Good luck to her. I kinda want Carrie Underwood to win though. Carrie has a freaking powerhouse voice and great songs (for the most part).
