Vanessa Hudgens & Alex Pettyfer: Beastly Bunch

Has Beauty found her Beast?

E! Online reports that Burberry spokesman Alex Pettyfer is in talks to join Vanessa Hudgens in Beastly.

It was announced earlier today that Vanessa, 20, had been cast in director Daniel Barnz’s modern retelling of Beauty and the Beast, based on Alex Flinn’s young adult novel of the same name.

Alex, 19, most recently starred opposite Emma Roberts in Wild Child.

She’s a witch in the movie who casts a spell on another character called Kyle and turns him into a beast!

Good for Vanessa getting a lead role that does’nt involve efron being beisde her, I hope that they don’t do anymore movies together and as it’s been said that boy is hot and apparently this film will take Vanessa away from LA. for quite a while so it will be interesting to see what stories come out about Vanessa and her georgous leading man and see how Zac likes it, Vanessa has had to put up with so much bull from efron and now the shoe will be on the other foot.

Hope he bother’s to go and see her on set like she does him and if he does’nt and anything does happen it will be his own fault, any man would be a fool to let Vanessa go.

I’m all for Zanessa! But dudeeee it would be awesome if Alex is the leading man! It would be great to see how Vanessa and Alex work together on screen! They better have chemistry! LOL. I’m glad Vanessa is getting more work.

This movie better be cuteee or like Beauty and the Beast!

And yes, Alex is hot. I agree with Tizzfan. see him first..cute. see him twice…gorgeous. and then hear him talk….is so freaking hot! The accent is too die far.

I wonder if he’s in this movie would he keep it.

I don’t believe Vanessa’s character in the movie is the witch. I believe she plays the “Beauty” part—the girl who breaks the spell that is on the Beast. It says the witch part has not yet been cast.

Congrats Vanessa! A beautiful gal deserves a gorgeous leadingman of course.

I agree, it would be an over expose if in that movie Zac would be Vanessa’s partner. For awhile, its good that both has been doing well on their careers.

ZANESSA Fans should be happy enough, even we can’t see them for awhile being faired up, but in real life, were able to see them always being together & support each others career.

Its nice that these two has same directions of their careers. You can see them doing some variations & different moves. Their both in good hands of managers, publicist & producers… Goodluck guys!
