Vanessa Hudgens Rents ‘Five Easy Pieces’
Vanessa Hudgens rents 70’s movie Five Easy Pieces at Blockbuster on Sunday (May 3) in Studio City, Calif.
The 20-year-old Bandslam actress also picked up some books and yogurt before heading back to boyfriend Zac Efron’s home for a movie night.
According to Wiki, Five Easy Pieces tells the story of Bobby Dupea (Jack Nicholson), a former piano prodigy who is estranged from his artistic upper-class family. In the opening of the film, the character is working as an oil rigger. When his father becomes ill, he goes home to visit his family, reluctantly taking his diner-waitress girlfriend with him.

Somewhere recently, I think it was Zac who mentioned they like watching classics. “Five Easy Pieces” is one of my old favorites. It’s a wonderful way to hone in on great acting and great stories. I’d like to see Hollywood go back that way.
I LOVE, LOVE Vanessa’s dress and sandals!! Just fun, pretty, and non-fussy! But she can put a BAG on, and after she’d accessorize it, it’s look great too!!

It’s nice that Zac and Vanessa stay at home and watch old movies. It give Zac and Vanessa time together before he leaves for Japan next week.
BTW: I love that they don’t have tweeter,myspace or facebook accounts so they don’t exploit their relationship in order to get publicity like some people I used to like, but not anymore.(looking at u Ashley Tisdale).
As a young woman, I find it really creepy that the paps followed her to Zac’s house. Famous or not, it’s sounds scary having a stranger following you around.

Let them know what they are doing. What mood they are in. It shows their love and appreciate to their fans. Vanessa barely cares about her fans. How pathetic are u guys trying to say: ” Love V. She looks gorgeous, love her dress.” She’ll never notice them. Sorry!

She really looks beautiful here, love that dress. I’m pretty sure that tattoo is a temporary thing—like someone mentioned it’s probably a henna one. We have seen her with one before and it wasn’t in this spot and the spot it was before there isn’t one there now. She loves fashion and I see her as liking this type thing once in a while. She likes change so I have a feeling she will not have a permanent one any time soon.

It seems like they get once set of pics they are not satisfied with that and keep following in hopes of getting more. Once they end up at Vanessa’s or Zac’s then the paps are done.
I’m not really fond of Zac’s house but it looks like a great place to settle in to see a movie and you knows maybe they had a few friends in to watch a movie with them. His house looks like a place where there is a projection room and where there would be video game systems, etc. After all the traveling and work Zac has done on promoting 17 Again he probably just wants to lay low and relax and catch up with friends.

You have a point. But what I dont get is,they got her coming out of zacs the other week. So surely theyd have got her going in to his drive like they did last time. As there is a guy thats outside zacs pretty much 24/7.Seriously the only time I havnt seen him hanging around there is when Zac on promo or known to be out. Its ridiculous. Its a nice notion though that maybe they were having a nice quiet night in and watching a movie!

The voting for MTV Movie Awards are up and I’m happy that HSM3 got nominated for best movie, Zac for best male performance, Vanessa and Ashley are both up for breakthrough female performance, and Zac and Vanessa are up for best kiss.

Celebrities use social networks sites (twitters, myspace, facebook) to promote themselves or a project. It is a tool( like “dancing on tables at a club” or “ kissing your new bf in front of the paps”) to keep their name in the media and with consumers (a.k.a fans). The idea is you (the fans) will spend your money ( or parent’s money) on your celebrity’s movie, CD or tour, if you believe you have a relationship with the celebrity( the celebrity is like a friend).
Think about it you’re not going to buy a CD of celebrity you don’t like of course not, but if you believe that Demi Lovato (as an example) is just like you. You will be more incline to watch her TV-show, buy her CD and support her tour. There’s nothing wrong with that because the entertainment industry is a world-wide muliti-billion dollar business and that’s how the money is made.
BTW: everyone you mentioned as a project (tours, TV shows) to promote for the studio that they are signed with.
