Ashley Tisdale: Masquerade Magic!
Ashley Tisdale gets giggly behind-the-scenes at the KISS 2009 concert on Sunday night (May 17) in Boston, Mass.
The 23-year-old “Hot Mess” singer performed three of her new songs off of her upcoming album, Guilty Pleasure, including “Masquerade.” Unfortunately, the live feed was cut so fans across the globe only saw the first song.
Ashley’s gal pal and backup singer Caroline Clark tweeted after their performance, saying, “Just rocked it! Yay! 20,000 people!”

im just gonna say what i wrote on another forum too…
okay…
the head banging` hair flippin and just her on the stage is kind off making me laugh because it looks soo…. i dont know … stupid
her voice is okay, good on the CD ( the studio version) but live her singing well *screaming* is BAD…
and i’ve read that people think her balads are better this time` and im sure they are on THE CD
but i don’t see her really pulling it of live…
she’s just not really that good off a singer`
i like the song but it’s not really alll that original..
i like ash but.. she really should just stick to acting
someone should srsly tell her that so she can get it into her head……

And is it just me or can you almost see her whole freaking bra … ??

First, i’m not a ashley hater and i’m not jealous!
i don’t like the song, i find that ashley is screaming more than she is singing and that sounds really bad! she is not a bad singer and i understand that she wants to try another style of music but these songs don’t match with her voice, it’s not good for my ears!

I find it quite funny that when Ashley wasn’t singing live with Headstrong people would complain at how bad she is b/c she couldn’t sing!
Now she’s singing live and people are still complaining!
And I understand if people don’t really like her songs. that’s fine everyone has his/her own taste
But all the people here judging about her singing vocales. if you’re that good to judge someone lets see how you sing huh?

It’s so damn annoying. You’re just jealousy but I can understand it.
Okay, so first of all, I completely love Ashley. So don’t go call me a hater for saying this.
But let’s face it: Ashley’s a really good actress and her CD tracks sound really good. But her live singing isn’t her strongest point. But like Solange said, it did improve. It’s not really perfect, but it’s not really making ears bleed (come on, people, it’s just crappy saying that). But there’s a lot of improvement still to make. Keep on learning, Ashley!
On to the Ashley haters. Of course, there’s Vanessa fans there. But not every single Vanessa fan is an Ashley hater. Why can’t some people not love them both instead of ‘choosing sides’? It’s not like they’re rivals or anything… But I know some of the names from the Vanessa threads (I love her too) and I want to ask them: why bash Ashley? When Vanessa gets bashed, you get all defensive too and saying the hater’s dumb. You’re just as dumb for bashing Ashley.
Please just STOP the hate for both girls and let the people who hate Ashley and love Vanessa stay on V’s threads and let the people who hate Vanessa and love Ashley stay on Ash’s threads.

I don’t think her voice is suitable for this genre of music. I liked her first album. Her voiced just seemed a little forced in this video. I think that she’s a better actress than a singer but her voice has improved.
