Vanessa Hudgens: ‘Bandslam’ Sneak Peek!
Vanessa Hudgens scribbles her character’s name (Sa5m) on a sheet of paper and passes it to costar Gaelan Connell in this new sneak peek from their upcoming flick, Bandslam.
Access Hollywood caught up with the 20-year-old actress at the Reel Thinking Event held last week at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles and chatted about her film and the importance of music education.
Vanessa shared, “Music education is extremely important. I feel that being creative is something that every kid needs and it feeds your brain to so many things. It opens your mind to a whole world.”
Bandslam hits theaters on Friday, August 14.

I just love this clip as we can see Vanessa is truly in character Apart from the totally different speech pattern she also speaks in a low monotone voice that is totally Sa5m.
it looks lie she trying too hard for that voice which really doesn’t sound different from her real voice . which sometimes sounds deepened when she talks. just saying!!! everyone has their own opinions!!!

I think she is in Japan with Zac, at least that is what I have found. We’ll find out when she comes back.
I wasn’t sure about this movie at first, but I think it is actually worth seeing now. It is a good transitional role for her because Gabriella is perky, and Sa5m is a little more emo-y, deadpan, always wearing black.
I can’t wait for this, Beastly, and Sucker Punch. They are all different, and I think it’s great she is making her selections a variety. Now, if only she would sign on for Dead@17.
