Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart lock lips on the Montepulciano, Italy set of their upcoming flick, New Moon on Wednesday morning (May 27).
In the movie, Bella (Stewart) recovers from the vampire attack that almost claimed her life, she looks to celebrate her birthday with Edward (Pattinson) and his family. However, a minor accident during the festivities results in Bella’s blood being shed and the Cullen family leaves Forks, Washington. Bella then finds a form of comfort in her friendship with Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner).
Kristen, Robert and Taylor will be presenting an exclusive New Moon clip at the MTV Movie Awards THIS Sunday (May 31).

The kiss I like… they look great together… but my favorite part in the book is when they are on their way to meet the Aro… He kiss her on the cheek, the hair, hold her really close… I thought that was so sweet…

the spots for those who don’t know or for the computer when they do the effects and stuff…..and i know its frustrating when they change things but sometimes they have to change things up for the movie to fit in 2 hours…but i know its frustrating because i wish they would follow it too

Since I’ve only read Twilight and the begining of New Moon, I don’t care if they are suppose to kiss in Italy or not. This is F*ing HOT!!!!! I love it!! More kissing scenes please. LoL
I usually prefer for, “from books to movies”, movies to follow the books too but I’m liking the changes in the Twilight saga though. Since the books are just okay to me. I like the movie for this book more anyway. :p I heard the 4th book sucked though so I hope they don’t follow the book too closely for that one and change it.

1) The spots are for them to add the dazzle effect when they edit the footage.
2) The kiss is new obviously. They’re sticking as close to the book as possible, more than with Twilight. It’s been said since the very beginning of filming that the ending would be somewhat different from the book… the kiss is obviously one of those things. I put much more trust into this film then the last but they cut out pretty much every other scene that wasn’t in the book so I’m very happy about that.
3) The only issue I have is that his eyes are gold and they’re supposed to be black because he was so depressed he didn’t hunt.
@Si: you are right… i also saw a pic where she pushes him back into the shadow… she is not able to do that because he is so strong…we`ll see

Jeeze, if any of you were smart, you would know that the spots are markings for computer animations. So they add the ’sparkle’ effect later. As for the kiss, what do yuo expect? Keeping a movie exciting is the whole point, and to be honest, “New Moon” isn’t exciting enough to be a good movie. Of course they have to change it.

This scene alone will be the capstone to New Moon, and I’ve seen my share of movies. Just the photo montage set to music brought tears to my eyes. Whatever you thought of Twilight (loved it, flawed but beautfiul) New Moon will pump up the volume 10 fold. I believe Rob and Kristen have brilliantly encapsulated their characters and really care about making them live for us….and Live they do. Can’t wait to see New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn!
