Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart lock lips on the Montepulciano, Italy set of their upcoming flick, New Moon on Wednesday morning (May 27).
In the movie, Bella (Stewart) recovers from the vampire attack that almost claimed her life, she looks to celebrate her birthday with Edward (Pattinson) and his family. However, a minor accident during the festivities results in Bella’s blood being shed and the Cullen family leaves Forks, Washington. Bella then finds a form of comfort in her friendship with Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner).
Kristen, Robert and Taylor will be presenting an exclusive New Moon clip at the MTV Movie Awards THIS Sunday (May 31).

@Rosieee: the black spots are for the special effects. so they have a general idea of where to put the “dazzle” feature on edward.

Since I’ve only read Twilight and the begining of New Moon, I don’t care if they are suppose to kiss in Italy or not. This is F*ing HOT!!!!! I love it!! More kissing scenes please. LoL
I usually prefer for, “from books to movies”, movies to follow the books too but I’m liking the changes in the Twilight saga though. Since the books are just okay to me. I like the movie for this book more anyway. :p I heard the 4th book sucked though so I hope they don’t follow the book too closely for that one and change it.

@Si: you know they always spoil things in movies… oh and this is not fair! now my excitement to see the scene is gone.. hate spoilers!
1) The spots are for them to add the dazzle effect when they edit the footage.
2) The kiss is new obviously. They’re sticking as close to the book as possible, more than with Twilight. It’s been said since the very beginning of filming that the ending would be somewhat different from the book… the kiss is obviously one of those things. I put much more trust into this film then the last but they cut out pretty much every other scene that wasn’t in the book so I’m very happy about that.
3) The only issue I have is that his eyes are gold and they’re supposed to be black because he was so depressed he didn’t hunt.
@Si: you are right… i also saw a pic where she pushes him back into the shadow… she is not able to do that because he is so strong…we`ll see

Jeeze, if any of you were smart, you would know that the spots are markings for computer animations. So they add the ’sparkle’ effect later. As for the kiss, what do yuo expect? Keeping a movie exciting is the whole point, and to be honest, “New Moon” isn’t exciting enough to be a good movie. Of course they have to change it.

You know, before i saw the post, i just read the title and got all excited!! I was like, “Yes!! They finally hooked up!!” Then i opened the post and they were filming a steamy kiss from new moon! I thought id get sad, but this is just as good!!
