Emma Roberts is Monique Lhuillier Lovely

Emma Roberts is wonderful in white as she arrives at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday afternoon (August 9) in Universal City, Calif.

The 18-year-old Valentine’s Day actress wore a fitted white cap sleeved mini dress with black beaded necklace detail by Monique Lhuillier.

The TCAs will be hosted by the Jonas Brothers and will air TOMORROW, August 10 @ 8-10PM ET/PT on FOX.

She’s famous because she has talent unlike all those lame, talentless disney stars. She’s already starred in like 17 films with two upcoming films. Not too mention her Nickelodeon show.
