Miley Cyrus & Mandy Jiroux: Reunited!
BFFs Miley Cyrus and Mandy Jiroux share a laugh as they stroll around North Hollywood, Calif., on Saturday afternoon (August 8).
The duo stopped by a local Rite Aid for a few necessities before dropping by Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for some cool liquids. Mandy tweeted, “Bout to be reunited w my besterz! Yayy. Watchin’ Miles pop lock and drop it.. Get it giiirlll !”
Remember, Miley will be performing at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards TONIGHT!

@erin @katy Teen Choice is TODAY! But Fox will air the show tomorrow, so it isn’t live!
