Debby Ryan shows off her last-minute Halloween costume as she attends the 2009 Dream Halloween event held at The Barker Hangar at the Santa Monica Airport in Santa Monica, Calif., on Saturday night (October 24).
Can you believe that Debby, 16, threw her costume together in less than a minute?!
Debby’s outfit is made up of a Primp hoodie and Creative Recreation shoes.
She tweeted, “At the Dream Halloween party for children affected by AIDS. I threw a costume together in about 45 seconds from my closet; it’s pretty rad.”
