Ashley Tisdale looks out from her USC baseball cap as she leaves Equinox Gym in West Hollywood on Monday morning (October 26).

Ashley recently chatted with Seventeen mag about the benefits of working out. She shared, “It wasn’t until I hurt my back until I found that I needed a stronger core. I started working out more and felt so much better. My back even stopped hurting and I’m toned; it’s fun.”

It’s rly funny when ppl saw her going regulary to the gym said she became like a stick.. And now when they see ONE pic they go ‘oh she’s gained weight!’ some ppl are just.. Funny lol
