Taylor Lautner: How To Pack On 30 Pounds In A Year
Taylor Lautner is spilling his secret to men everywhere in the December 2009 issue of Men’s Health magazine.
The 17-year-old Twilight star, who is the mag’s youngest cover star ever, dished, “My character continues to grow, so I’d like to pack on at least a few more lean pounds. I was exercising so hard that I began to lose weight.”
Taylor’s trainer, Jordan Yuam shared that anyone can build muscle like Taylor. “Inexperience works to your advantage. The less muscle you have the easier it is to gain muscle mass more quickly,” he said.

Taylor was sort of an inspiration for me to pack on some pounds.
I was totally inexperienced and had lived pretty unhealthy before I started working out and started reading tips on the net etc.
In about less than a year I had put on about 44 pounds and I didnt start eating like a freak until like the last 4 months.
Oh and I’ve never once went to the gym, I used my own dumbells that I bought for this.
I’m still pretty thin but with a much better looking figure.
(I went from145lb to 189lb)
