Ashley Tisdale takes a break from Hollywood Halloween to hang with J-14 mag and dish about her music, upcoming appearances and becoming an aunt. Check out what the 24-year-old performer had to say:

On her music video “Crank It Up“: “It was just a fallen angel and the beat of Crank It Up brought me down. It’s a good girl gone bad. It was fun. I had a great time.”

On her upcoming episode of MTV’s Styl’d: “They came in and dressed me for my performance at The Grove. It was great, a lot of fun. I came up with the direction and feel I wanted and they just collaborated with me.”

On becoming Aunt Ashley: “I was excited! Her [Jennifer] and her husband [Shane] are so excited too. I grew up with tons of younger cousins before I was anybody and they kind of looked up to me, so I’m excited to have a new little one running around. I’ve already bought tons of clothes for the baby.”
