AnnaSophia Robb and Alexander Ludwig laugh with each other, recalling some of their favorite memories from Race To Witch Mountain as they take a walk around the Disney Studios earlier this year.

JustJaredJr.com caught up with AnnaSophia and Alexander to chat about the DVD release of their adventure movie. The two dished on sci-fi conventions, costar Dwayne Johnson and taking up kickboxing. Check it:

JJJ: What were your favorite scenes to film?

AnnaSophia Robb: One of my favorite scenes to shoot was probably when we filmed in the convention center. Most of the cast was there so we had a great time and there was all sorts of cool costumes and we all had a great time.

JJJ: Did you want to dress up in any of the cool costumes that you saw at the sci-fi convention?

AR: I did! I really wished they put us in some crazy get up. Alexander wanted to be a python.

Alexander Ludwig: My favorite scenes were the ones that AnnaSophia wasn’t in. (laughs)

JJJ: Kim Richards, who played Tia in the original movies, was also in the new version. Did she give you guys any pointers on the film or the scenes and how to portray it?

AR: She didn’t really talk about the acting stuff, but more about the experience. Kim Richards and Ike Eisenmann were just telling us how it was in the old days… the old Disney lot and how it used to be. And then they just talked about how we should enjoy this part of our lives and how it’s a really special project.

AL: Yeah, it’s amazing to be part of a timeless feature. It’s such an honor to be in a position of the kids we idolized as children. Working with them, they’re so fantastic, we really formed a family on and off screen. It was amazing. Except for AnnaSophia, nobody likes AnnaSophia. (laughs)

TELL JJJ: What would you ask AnnaSophia and Alexander?

Jennifer Stone pulls JJJ reader Deyanira close for a picture at the 2009 Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday afternoon (March 28) in Los Angeles.

Deyanira writes to JJJ, “We met Jennifer Stone and she was soo nice…she also signed my magazine, and she was really sweet! I think she was signing autographs for like 30 minutes outside that was really sweet of her. Savannah Outen was about to leave when I told her if I could get a pic with her and she came over to me and we took the pic!”

She continued, “My cousin Leslie and I also met the Jonas Brothers and like they were sooo nice, they signed my magazine and they also took pics with us…and I also touched Nick’s hand! They were soo sweet…they signed autographs for almost everyone!”

Deyanira also met and took pics with Corbin Bleu, Josh Hutcherson, Miranda Cosgrove, David Archuleta and Alexander Ludwig. She says of meeting Alexander, “We met him in the back when he was going to the after party and he was the only celeb that came to the barricades to take pics with the people waiting there, that was really nice of him.”

Race to Witch Mountain’s Alexander Ludwig keeps it slick in a black leather jacket as he arrives at the 2009 Kids’ Choice Awards held at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (March 28).

The 16-year-old actor came out to support his Race costar Dwayne Johnson as he hosted the awards.

The 16-year-old actor stars as Seth in box office topper, Race To Witch Mountain. The movie follows Jack Bruno (Dwayne Johnson), a Las Vegas cab driver who finds two teens (AnnaSophia Robb, Ludwig) with supernatural powers in his cab and he suddenly finds himself in the middle of an adventure he can’t explain.

Alexander Ludwig recently sat down with Teen Vogue to dish on his new flick, Race to Witch Mountain, in theaters TODAY. Check out what the 16-year-old actor had to say:

On if he watched the original RTWM: “Believe it or not, I was a huge fan of the original. My mom was a fan when she was a kid, and she kind of passed it down to me. I had such a crush on Kim Richards, who played the sister.”

On becoming a family on the set: “It’s funny–the movie’s about people from different worlds coming together and forming this one family and we really formed like a family off-screen, too. AnnaSophia’s (Robb) amazing and Dwayne (Johnson) is unbelievable. He’s super jacked, but he doesn’t act like a tough guy at all. He really took AnnaSophia and me under his wing.”

On his favorite movies: “Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid, E.T., Saving Private Ryan, Goonies, and Stand By Me.”

On watching TV: “I don’t really have time to watch too much, but I like Family Guy and Entourage. I’m also obsessed with the YouTube series Balls of Steel. It’s hilarious.”

On his favorite tunes: “Jet, The Beatles, AC/DC, The Beach Boys. Lately, I’ve also revisited Sum 41. I actually write my own music whenever I have a chance. I play guitar and sing.”

On who he’s crushing on: “Jessica Alba. I have the biggest crush on her, I can’t even tell you. I met her in Vancouver when she was filming Good Luck Chuck.”

On the hardest thing about being a young actor: “It’s so tough trying to keep school up. Every twenty minute break you get, you have to go back to the school trailer–while everyone else gets to go back to their own trailer and read their lines and prepare for the next scene.”
