AnnaSophia Robb and Alexander Ludwig laugh with each other, recalling some of their favorite memories from Race To Witch Mountain as they take a walk around the Disney Studios earlier this year.

JustJaredJr.com caught up with AnnaSophia and Alexander to chat about the DVD release of their adventure movie. The two dished on sci-fi conventions, costar Dwayne Johnson and taking up kickboxing. Check it:

JJJ: What were your favorite scenes to film?

AnnaSophia Robb: One of my favorite scenes to shoot was probably when we filmed in the convention center. Most of the cast was there so we had a great time and there was all sorts of cool costumes and we all had a great time.

JJJ: Did you want to dress up in any of the cool costumes that you saw at the sci-fi convention?

AR: I did! I really wished they put us in some crazy get up. Alexander wanted to be a python.

Alexander Ludwig: My favorite scenes were the ones that AnnaSophia wasn’t in. (laughs)

JJJ: Kim Richards, who played Tia in the original movies, was also in the new version. Did she give you guys any pointers on the film or the scenes and how to portray it?

AR: She didn’t really talk about the acting stuff, but more about the experience. Kim Richards and Ike Eisenmann were just telling us how it was in the old days… the old Disney lot and how it used to be. And then they just talked about how we should enjoy this part of our lives and how it’s a really special project.

AL: Yeah, it’s amazing to be part of a timeless feature. It’s such an honor to be in a position of the kids we idolized as children. Working with them, they’re so fantastic, we really formed a family on and off screen. It was amazing. Except for AnnaSophia, nobody likes AnnaSophia. (laughs)

AnnaSophia Robb looks cute in her red and white floral dress as she hosts the Capri Sun Ready to Re-Wear Runway Show held at the Hank Kline Club on Wednesday afternoon (March 25) in Miami, Fla.

The 15-year-old Race to Witch Mountain actress shared about going green, “How cool is this pouch dress (on the model)! I’ve never seen anything like it. Taking care of the environment is so important and I’m thrilled to be working with companies like Capri Sun and TerraCycle who have made awesome accessories while keeping pouches out of landfills!”

AnnaSophia Robb and costar Alexander Ludwig sit down to talk about their new flick, Race To Witch Mountain.

The 15-year-old actress dished that she loves her character Sara’s powers. She shared, “I have really cool powers. I am telekinetic, so I can move objects with my mind, and I’m telepathic, so I can read minds. Sara, she’s really connected with the human spirit and she’s really in touch with what everyone is thinking. She can see the big picture.”

When asked if they believed in UFOs, Alexander answered, “I think, 100%, yes. Like AnnaSophia said, there are so many planets out there, there has to be something else. There is no way we can be the only ones.”

The 15-year-old actress plays Sara, one of two siblings in the movie who have supernatural powers, who team up with a Las Vegas cab driver (Dwayne Johnson) to save both of their worlds.

AnnaSophia dished to Girl’s Life mag about the first time her friends saw the trailer to Race. She shared, “The Race to Witch Mountain ad came on during the Super Bowl and, of course, the whole school watched it. By Monday, everyone had seen it. They didn’t act any different. It wasn’t like, ‘You are in a movie!’ It was just kind of like, ‘You worked with Dwayne Johnson — that is so cool! He is so hot!’”

Race to Witch Mountain hits theaters THIS Friday.

The 15-year-old actress, who stars as Sara in Race To Witch Mountain out this Friday, dishes about attending regular high school, her perseverance in acting, and kickboxing. Check it:

On her sport of choice, kickboxing: “Alexander Ludwig actually got me into it. I needed to do some sort of activity when we were on set because we would be sitting in the cab for days and days. [My friend and I] laugh at ourselves and have a good time with it.”

On her friends’ reactions of her being an actress (Note: AnnaSophia attends regular high school): “The Race to Witch Mountain ad came on during the Super Bowl and, of course, the whole school watched it. On realizing that every gig isn’t for her: “There are a bunch of different actors, and there are a bunch of different stories. I always look at it like flavors of ice cream or kinds of candy. They might be looking for one kind of candy and you’re a different kind, you know?”

The 15-year-old actress revealed that her character, Sara, is telekinetic (the power to move objects with your hands or mind) and can read minds.

Co-star Alexander Ludwig, who plays Seth in the flick, shared about the family dynamic on the set. He said, “Dwayne (Johnson) is such a great guy and that’s what makes the scenes so fun. We all just connected and by the end of the movie, we’re one family and on set, we’re one family.”

Race to Witch Mountain opens in theaters NEXT Friday, March 13.
