Ashley Greene ruffles up in a black and cream butterfly applique cocktail dress by D&G a screening of The Twilight Saga: New Moon held at Landmark’s Sunshine Cinema in NYC on Thursday evening (November 19).

At the premiere, the 22-year-old actress, holding onto a Jimmy Choo “Tube” glitter clutch, dished to MTV about seeing the finished product.

Ashley shared, “I love it. I think it’s so great. I think Chris Weitz just does a fantastic job. You know, it’s a completely different tone and a completely different story, and I think he did a really good job of giving us a transition into the next one.”

After the movie, Ashley and the New Moon cast celebrated Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill’s 23rd birthday at The Box nightclub.

Just last night, the 22-year-old actress stepped out at The Twilight Saga: New Moon premiere in Los Angeles.

Ashley dished in the December 2009 issue of Maxim about her new found friendship with Vanessa Hudgens. She shared, “[The stories are] the biggest thing you’ve got to have sense of humor about it. Like, Vanessa Hudgens and I were at a concert, and we were dancing together all night, and we looked over and, of course, there were people taking pictures and video.”

She continued, “I was like ‘Tomorrow in the tabloids we’re going to be best friends and maybe lesbians and they’ll say we were bonding over the fact we had some scandalous pictures come out.’ It was so predictable. They said, ‘Ashley and Vanessa are new BFFs.’

Ashley shared, “We were only there for a week but it was still incredible. I went to Siena…We were staying at this amazing bed and breakfast, it was like seven villas and the people that hosted it would cook us these massive breakfasts, massive lunches, massive dinners, so everyone would get off set and come to where we were staying and we would have these big family dinners, so that was fun. Lots of food, lots of wine, it was fun.”

Ashley Greene is a cheery mood as she leaves Beso restaurant in West Hollywood after dining with her family on Saturday night (November 14).

Carrying a bright yellow Rebecca Minkoff bag, the 22-year-old actress looked hot in a pair of snakeskin peep-toe heels.

Ashley recently caught up with Moviefone and dished on how grateful she was to the fans of The Twilight Saga. She shared, “You’ve got all of these fans who love and adore what you’re creating, and because of what you have portrayed, they love you and they support you too; it’s kind of incredible. You never know — they could’ve hated me, and then I’d have had to say, ‘Well, you’re stuck with me for three years!’ So I was lucky enough for them to really embrace me.”

I worked my butt off for it because I absolutely love Alice, my character. She’s sweet, sexy, and a killer! So when they told me I got it, I tried to play it all cool, you know, for about a minute.

She continued, “Suddenly the Twilight blogs started picking it up, and then fans were there taking photos, and I’m on the news, and I was like, ‘What?’ And then I got really nervous.”

Variety reports that the Todd Lincoln directed and written story was inspired by true events and centers on a young couple haunted by a supernatural presence unleashed during a college experiment.

Joel Silver will produce and release the film under his Dark Castle genre label.
