The celebs helped out in the kitchen, decorating cupcakes and played games with children and families from The Starlight Children’s Foundation and Camp Ronald McDonald.

Also joining in on the fun were Gregg Sulkin, Chase Ryan, Booboo Stewart, Fivel Stewart, Ryan and Raymond Ochoa, Christopher Massey, and Meaghan’s boyfriend Diego Boneta.
Booboo tweeted yesterday night about the event, “going to Knotts Berry Farm tomorrow for the Grand Opening of Pinks Hot Dogs and Haiti event,,maybe hit some rides, if you see me say hi!”

Gregg Sulkin suits up sharp as he steps out at the 2010 Movie Guide Awards held at The Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills on Tuesday evening (February 23).
JJJ reader Atty writes to us about her recent meeting with the 18-year-old British import, “We went to meet Gregg Sulkin at Tysons Mall. Got there at about 11am and were there till 7pm. After meeting him we thought lets go find him a gift!! So we made him a Build-a-Bear. We talked to his manager and said ‘we want him to open it, someone to film, and to have time with him.’ The manager said ’sure, just be the last ones in the M&G line. I will film for you.’ He loved the gift!! Said we were the biggest fans for waiting around that long and he is going to put the bear in his ‘American room.’”
JJJ exclusively caught up with Gregg to ask him about the bear he recieved. He shared with us, “I was so shocked they waited 7 hours to see me, I couldn’t believe it they were so sweet. They gave me this (USA/BUILD A BEAR) it was so terrific and it even had black/white converse’s on! I have an ‘American Room’ in my LA apartment and it is definitely going in there! I am so grateful to the people that have supported me on this on-going journey and would not be here without them.”

British import Gregg Sulkin shows off his charming smile as he attends the premiere of Dear John held at Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Monday night (February 1).
The 18-year-old actor, who recently brought Wizards of Waverly Place to a series high, recently designed a bird house with pal Debby Ryan.

Sonny costars Sterling Knight and Allisyn Arm show off their completed birdhouse which is a part of Disney’s Friends for Change Habitat program.
Through May 2010, Disney’s Friends for Change is focused on protecting our one and only home base - our habitat! As part of the program, Disney worked with National Audubon Society to create the BIRD FEED pledge which helps kids understand just how important birds are to the environment and asks them to join together to create an important haven for neighborhood birds.
The birdfeeders are eco-friendly & handcrafted of natural cedar using zinc chromate screws and were decorated using eco-art supplies and Coccoina glue (made with an almond based paste).

Gregg Sulkin steps out solo for the premiere of When In Rome at the El Capitan Theater in Los Angeles on Wednesday evening (January 27).
The 18-year-old British import brought Wizards of Waverly Place a new all-time series high with his guest spot on “Wizards vs. Werewolves.”
The one-hour long episode, where Gregg played Mason — the werewolf who falls for Selena Gomez’s Alex — ranked as the series’ number one telecast of all time in total viewers (6.2 million) and kids 6-11 (2.6 million/10.8 rating), and performed at near record-setting levels in tweens 9-14 (2.4 million/9.8 rating – No. 3 telecast ever).
