KayCee Stroh dazzles in a ruby red dress as she attends Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas musical held at the Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles on Saturday night (November 14).

The 25-year-old actress recently dished about her fitness schedule for the upcoming season of Celebrity Fit Club.

KayCee is one of two team leaders, so she has be motivational with her teammates — musician Sebastian Bach, Kevin Federline and Tanisha Thomas from “The Bad Girls Club.” Kaycee calls them all every day, making sure they are eating right and getting out of bed.

KayCee shared, “Any time you put eight celebrities into boot camp, you’ll hear some whining. If there was ever a season of Celebrity Fit Club to watch, this is it. We are full-on Marines.”

KayCee Stroh looks wonderful in a floor-length midnight blue gown as she arrives at the 20th Anniversary - 2009 EMA Awards held on the backlot at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (October 25).

The 25-year-old actress tweeted about the event, saying, “Sitting at the enviromental media awards..Wow what an incredible organization and cause. I love that Whale Wars and The Cove was nominated! I love Sir Richard Branson! I can’t wait to make enough money so I can do great things with it like he has. What a beautiful human being!

KayCee also gushed about meeting one of her idols. She shared, “I just met Alanis Morissette. So surreal cause she was the first album I ever bought in Junior High and after singing it I decided I for sure had to be a singer as well! So cool and so inspiring. My life just came full circle!”

HSM sweetheart KayCee Stroh will be working it out with Kevin Federline on the new season of VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club.

VH1 just announced the full cast and joining the 25-year-old actress/dancer will be Shar Jackson, Baywatch beauty Nicole Eggert and R&B singer Bobby Brown (he’s also Whitney Houston’s ex).

Filming has already begun and the new season is set to premiere early 2010.

KayCee Stroh takes to the runway as she attends the 9th Annual Celebrity Catwalk Fashion Show held at The Highlands Club in the Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood on Thursday evening (August 27).

The 25-year-old actress/dancer just returned from a trip back to her home state of Utah. KayCee tweeted, “Road trippin’ back to Cali and back to work. Hollywood here I come..Again!”

While in Utah, KayCee and hubby Ben Higginson took in the balloon festival and even went to Bear Lake. Sounds fun!

The 25-year-old actress was spotted hanging out with actress Danielle Fishel (from Boy Meets World) and shopping around the event. KayCee enjoyed the mini-chocolate cupcakes and Red Mango Froyo tables.

KayCee is heading home for the weekend with husband Ben Higginson. She tweeted, “Just passed through Sin City, awe good ol’ Vegas. Keep truckin’ along…Hometown here I come! Just passed the beautiful St George, Utah! Oh HSM2 memories, I even had one of Ash (Tisdale) and I’s favorite smoothies from Perks!! Yum!”

KayCee Stroh keeps a ticght hold on Noah Cyrus as they attend the 2009 Totally Texty Teen Choice Awards Pre-Party held at Level 3 in Hollywood on Wednesday evening (August 5).

The 25-year-old former HSM pop-n-lock girl also had her hand dipped in wax earlier in the afternoon. Like Tiffany Thornton, her wax model will be auctioned off for charity.

KayCee Stroh lights up the black carpet as she attends the premiere of X Games 3D: The Movie held at the Nokia Theatre LA Live in Los Angeles on Thursday night (July 30).

The HSM hottie tweeted from the event, “Livin it up at the xgames 3D premiere! Boo ya Baby! Lookin forward to some Shaun White & Tony Hawk! However superstoked to watch Motocross!”

The 24-year-old former HSM break-dancer tweeted about the event, saying, “The event tonight was so much fun! The little kids that performed were so cute and it made me miss teaching and choreographing.”

KayCee continued, “I also met Debbie Allen tonight! She is such a funny and sparkling personality. I hope to follow in her footsteps she is talented in so many ways!”
