Lucy Hale throws back her dark locks behind her shoulder on the newest issue of Savvy magazine.

The 21-year-old actress opened up to the mag about loving being single, going home to Memphis and being super close with her Pretty Little Liars castmates. Check it:

On what she enjoys most about Memphis: “Memphis is known for their barbecue. I literally can’t even explain how good it is. It’s that good! So every time I go home there are a lot of good restaurants to hit. I also love the southern hospitality. There’s just something about the south.”

On not really looking for a boyfriend: “It’s not that I don’t want a boyfriend, but I just haven’t found the right one yet. And right now, I’m just focusing on myself and the show. I’m still wrapping my head around the fact that I’m an actress and get to do this everyday.”

On her PLL cast: “It’s such a great group of people, and we all get along so well. There’s not a bad one in the bunch, which is very rare. I love those girls to death — they’re some of my best friends! I’m also super close with Ian [Harding]…he’s just one of the most genuine guys I’ve probably ever met and has quickly become a really close friend of mine.”

Brant Daugherty played Aria’s new boyfriend Noel in the last couple episodes of Pretty Little Liars.

Zap2It caught up with 24-year-old actor on if we’ll see Noel in the next half-season of the show, playing guitar with Lucy Hale and who A really is. Check it:

On who he thinks ‘A’ really is: “I think ‘A’ is really what’s in all of us. It’s a metaphor for how we all feel sometimes. That’s a terrible answer … All I can do is speculate … but the information they gave us in the finale with Ian [Ryan Merriman] and Allison [Sasha Pieterse] and what we know of Ian’s relationship with Spencer [Troian Bellisario] allows for some interesting conclusions to be drawn.”

On being blown away by Lucy: “Oliver Goldstick wrote that episode and he approached me and asked me if I could play the guitar. My response was, ‘How much time do I have?’ They got me a coach and I went to work. I’m embarrassingly good at Guitar Hero and I wanted to see if those skills would translate. I think they did. I can play that entire song very well, but I can’t play anything else yet. When it came time to shoot that scene, I was so blown away with Lucy. We filmed that song so many times, my fingers were getting sore, but she sang it every time. We’re going to put on a concert. We’re going on tour next spring.”

On Noel still being Aria’s boyfriend: “As far as being Aria’s boyfriend, the finale showed her intentions pretty clearly. From what we’ve seen so far, he’s very persistent. But the interesting thing is that he’s been putting the pieces together over the last few episodes. He’s definitely putting the pieces of the puzzle together.”

Lucy Hale shows off her pearly whites as she snaps a pic with JJJ reader Deyanira at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre earlier this month in Universal City, Calif.

Deyanira writes to us about meeting almost every celeb at the award show, “I met Booboo Stewart at the Teen Choice Awards at Universal Studios. He was really nice, and took pictures and autographs with almost everyone. Since we were on the side where the trams would arrive nobody really came over but when we screamed his name he came toward our side. I was really excited because I LOVE him and me and my cousin even came out in his video he tweeted about the Teen Choice Awards, which totally made my day.”

She continued, “Not only did I meet Booboo but I also met other celebrities like Lucy Hale, Victoria Justice, Selena Gomez (who was by far the sweetest person I’ve ever met), Nathan and Zach from Allstar Weekend, Justin Long, Jason Derulo, Lea Michele, Josh Hutcherson, Bruno Mars, Big Time Rush, Lucas Cruikshank, Adam Sevani, Jennifer Stone and Francia Raisa.”

There’s one thing that doesn’t lie about Pretty Little Liars — the numbers!

The debut summer season of the series ranked as TV’s No. 1 series over its 10-week run in Female teens and the top-rated scripted series in females 12-34 and teens. During its 10-week run (June 8 - August 10), the series has ranked as Tuesday’s No. 1 TV program each week in Female Teens.

Congrats to the whole cast and crew!

JJJ recently caught up with the four main girls — Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale, Shay Mitchell and Troian Bellisario — to chat about the love lives of their alter egos.

Ashley dished to JJJ exclusively about Hanna’s own love story between Sean and Lucas. “I think Sean is great, but, I don’t know, it’s so different for Hanna to like Lucas. I would love to see where that goes. I don’t know what they’re [the writers] are going to do with it. It’s just really cool for someone like Hanna to have feelings for someone who isn’t in her, kind of clique.”

Pretty Little Liars is expected to return early 2011.

TELL JJJ: Who’s love story on PLL are you most intrigued by?

Booboo and Fivel Stewart and Kiowa Gordon hook up with the cast of Huge as they attend the Do Something 101 Back Pack Teen Choice Awards After Party held at Universal Studios in Universal City on Sunday evening (August 8).

Inside the party, Nikki Blonsky was heard donating the shoes right off her feet to DoSomething.org immediately after taking to the stage to address the crowd. She also met up with Francia Raisa at the Waialua Soda Station to sign autographs for fans.

Zachary Levi was seen inviting volunteers into the VIP section to help him pack school supplies for the Boys & Girls Club of LA.

Booboo and Fivel were also spotted out last night (August 10) at the Nylon and Express’ Denim Issue Party held at The London Hotel in West Hollywood.
