The DCOM follows Hollywood pop star Christopher Wilde (Knight) who, after unexpectedly meeting Jessica Olson (Campbell), a down-to-earth girl visiting from the Midwest, is faced with either following his heart or doing what’s best for his glitzy career.

JJJ caught up with Sterling, Chelsea Staub and Maggie Castle over the week and they all rattled off their favorite scene instantly: Sunset Boulevard!

Maggie shared, “We got to shut down the whole street. It was so cool.”

Chelsea agreed, saying, “It was so fun. Just as a driver around here, you always get mad and annoyed when people shut down the street you’re driving down because of a movie. Sterling and I looked at each other [when we were filming] and were like, ‘We get to be those people!’”

Sterling also had another favorite — the mud pit with Danielle. “It was fun. We got to sink that ugly plum, pink…whatever color that was into the mud. We put that thing out of it’s misery.”

Radio Disney got StarStruck by starlets Danielle Campbell and Maggie Castle when they stopped by the studio on Monday afternoon (February 8) in Burbank, Calif.

The duo star as siblings Sara and Jessica Olson in the upcoming DCOM StarStruck, premiering THIS SUNDAY, February 14th.

JJJ recently caught up with Maggie on set and she dished on meeting the cast for the first time, saying, “I’m from Canada, so I don’t know if we have the Disney Channel - I don’t think we do! We have the Family Channel but I don’t really watch that much TV so I wasn’t familiar with Sterling [Knight] and Danielle is fairly new. But they’re both really wonderful - she’s so young and she’s great - really natural and beautiful - and they’re both so much fun to work with.”

Are you ready for the big Valentine’s Day premiere of StarStruck?

JJJ caught up with stars Sterling Knight, Maggie Castle, and Danielle Campbell on the set and can’t wait to share all of our interviews with you. Here are some highlights:

Maggie on one of her character, Sara’s, favorite costume and scene: “I got to wear this little crazy red number - it was like Chanel, Jackie O, with a pearl necklace and this red polka dot dress with a blazer and a little Chanel purse - it was pretty funny. And that’s when she first gets to L.A. and they’re at the car rental place - her parents are renting a car and she thinks she’s Paris Hilton! Little does she know no one really dresses like that, but she has this idea in her head of what Hollywood is and that’s what she tries to always replicate even though she’s from Kalamazoo, [Michigan].”

Sterling on hitting it off with Danielle: “It was good! It was really good. She’s really cool and she’s way beyond her years, which helps for the character, definitely. She’s a really, really mature, hard-working girl. The first time we met, it was cool - we kind of had this weird connection instantly and I go out of my way to pick on her all the time, so she can really dislike me throughout the movie.”

Sterling Knight serenades Danielle Campbell in this brand-new still from their upcoming DCOM, StarStruck.

In the upcoming movie, Hollywood pop star Christopher Wilde (Knight) who, after unexpectedly meeting Jessica Olson (Campbell), a down-to-earth girl visiting from the Midwest, is faced with either following his heart or doing what’s best for his glitzy career.

Prior to premiering on Sunday, February 14 @ 8PM ET/PT on Disney Channel, Sterling’s music video, “StarStruck,” makes its world premiere on Friday, January 15 on Disney Channel.

The soundtrack, which also features Radio Disney’s NBT winner Jasmine, will Planet Premiere Saturday, February 6 on Radio Disney and hit stores on Tuesday, February 9.

Sterling Knight and Brandon Smith get their groove on in the official music video, “Party Up.”

Brandon, 20, chatted with JJJ about the upcoming movie, Starstruck, where he plays Christopher Wilde’s (Knight) best friend, Stubby.

He shared, “I’m excited to see that there are good reviews already. [It comes out in] February. You guys are going to be Star Struck — fun, lots of fun.”
