Monique Coleman knows how to make a difference.

The budding talk show host, who took a break from acting to start her movement, is well on her way to making a huge difference in the world for today’s youth.

JustJaredJr.com was lucky enough to be in the crowd for Wednesday’s (September 1) press screening held at Capital City Sports Grill in Hollywood and in all honesty, we were blown away.

Premiering on September 8th, Gimme Mo’ not only gives you a glimpse into what Monique is willing to do to lend a helping hand, but the new web talk show will make you cry first and realize how lucky you are to have what you have right in front of you. Then it will make you think — think about what you can personally do to help youth in today’s society.

Monique Coleman shows off her sexy back in a Savee Couture dress as she arrives at the 2010 NAACP Theatre Awards held at the Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles on Monday evening (August 30).

The former HSM actress will be launching her new web talk show, Gimme Mo, NEXT WEEK!

Mo tweeted about the progress, “Sitting with the #Gimmemo editor cutting together Ep. 1. My yawns are getting closer together…I’m so tired, but SO excited!!!”

Monique Coleman is taking over the world — in a great way!

The budding talk show host and author, who has recently taken over Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., has just tackled the United Nations in NYC.

Monique was invited to speak at the United Nations for International Year of the Youth as part of her promotional visit to garner global awareness of her movement, Gimme Mo’.

“In 2010 it’s hard to believe that many parts of the world live on just a few dollars a day; that in America, the land of opportunity, the high-school drop-out rates are at an all time high. Or that in certain countries girls are being forced to become women far before they are ready. From global warming to human trafficking, earthquakes to corporate disaster, there is no shortage of world issues for us to be aware of. As future leaders it’s imperative that we open our eyes to our brothers and sisters all over the world and help solve problems down the street as well as across the sea,” Monique shared in her speech.

Joining Monique and Naturi on the cover are Tia Mowry, Lauren London, Jennifer Freeman, Kyla Pratt, Tiffany Hines, and Chyna Layne. “The Fearless Class of 2010″ are young women who continue to pursue their dreams regardless of obstacles.

Monique Coleman keeps it simple and sophisticated as she arrives for the “I Am Perfect - Exactly As I Am” brunch hosted by Shaun Robinson held at SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills on Friday morning (August 6).

The budding talk show host spoke alongside host Shaun Robinson. All of the celeb attendees will share candid advice to teenage girls on what it takes to believe in themselves. Others will share personal life experiences and stories, as well as excerpts from a book written by Shaun, titled “Exactly as I Am.”

Monique Coleman puts full trust in some volunteers at My Friend’s Place, a drop shelter in Hollywood that uses social circus classes to teach skills like trust and risk management, in this new promo for her upcoming teen talk show.

The former HSM actress described her new initiative best on her official Tumblr: “The objective is to empower today’s youth by encouraging self awareness. The youth are lazy because adults are lazy. We stand around waiting for someone else to make the first move or say the first word. This needs to change. Teens need to learn how to think outside the box, make informed decisions, question everything, and strive to define and reach their greatest potential.”

Monique Coleman is pretty in pink at the 2010 VH1 Do Something! Awards held at the Hollywood Palladium on Monday evening (July 19).

JJJ caught up with the Gimme’Mo self-starter at the event and she told us all about her trip to Haiti.

Monique shared, “It was an incredible experience. Port au Prince was definitely as devastating as one would imagine it to be but it was one of those things where I walked away with a lot of hope. Sometimes these tragedies happen to give us a chance to do things better, to do differently. I spent a lot of time on the outskirts of Haiti. They were the most beautiful places I have ever seen. If we can change the mindset of staying in the city, there’s a lot of land to occupy.”

Monique actually switched places on the carpet, stopping to interview celebs for Gimme’Mo.
