Monique Coleman takes a hold of the giant light switch as she prepares to turn on the Christmas lights at the 2009 UNICEF Snowflake Lighting Ceremony on Rodeo Drive & Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills on Saturday evening (November 21).

The former DWTS competitor shared with the press about being chosen to light Rodeo Drive up. Monique said, “I am honored to participate in the Beverly Hills lighting ceremony by illuminating the UNICEF Snowflake. And I am proud to support UNICEF’s mission to provide immunization, education, health care, nutrition, clean water and sanitation to children in need.”

Monique lit up the famous shopping district with the Beverly Hills Snowflake which contains 12,000 Baccarat crystals, is 17 feet wide and over 14 feet tall, weighs 1,600 pounds and is illuminated by 125 steady-burning and 300 high-powered flashing LED lights. WOW!

Monique Coleman adds a burst of color to the red carpet as she attends the US Weekly Hot Hollywood Party held at Voyeur in Los Angeles on Wednesday evening (November 18).

The We Are Family actress, who just celebrated her birthday at the same club, was accompanied by good friend Jason Williams.

Drew Seeley keeps his best girls Emily Morris and girlfriend Amy Paffrath close as they help out during the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank’s Season for Sharing food drive on Saturday afternoon (November 14).

The Little Mermaid leading man tweeted about the volunteer business, saying, “Volunteering at the Los Angeles food bank today w @amypaffrath and Emily Morris. We are all so blessed, give back! We put together 1088 bags of food for senior citicens at the LA food bank today!”

FYI: Emily is Lucas Grabeel’s girlfriend. Isn’t she lovely?

Monique Coleman snuggles with her HSM director pal Kenny Ortega as they attend the AFI Fest’s “An Evening with Kenny Ortega” panel presented by Entertainment Weekly at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood on Monday night (November 2).

The We Are Family actress, who will celebrate her birthday next week, tweeted after the event, saying, “Just got home from The Roosevelt Hotel. Went to support Kenny Ortega at an AFI event sponsored by Entertainment Weekly…good times.”

The free event celebrated all of Kenny’s past and future work in Hollywood, from Dirty Dancing and High School Musical to Xanadu and This is It.

Monique Coleman shows off her flowing dark locks as she attends Star Magazine’s 5th anniversary celebration held at Bardot in Hollywood on a rainy Tuesday night (October 13).

At the celebration, Monique and her friend Jason enjoyed a performance by Cobra Starship along with CoverGirl cocktails with a lipstick garnish.

Monique, who celebrates her birthday in a month, just wrapped up work on We Are Family. The flick centers around six strangers of different backgrounds, cultures, and economic statuses who are invited to a mysterious home, each for different reasons. With nothing in common, they soon find out that they are actually brothers and sisters.

We Are Family is slated for a December 2010 release.
