According to Page Six, Miley Cyrus dressed as Julia Roberts’ Pretty Woman hooker character for an ’80s party to celebrate her 17th birthday Wednesday night. The teen star donned the sexy outfit and danced the night away at the Canal Room on West Broadway, where Constantine Maroulis and the cast of the Broadway hit Rock of Ages surprised Miley with a performance. Sources dished, “Miley had seen the show two weeks ago and loved it, so her mom Tish brought the cast in to surprise her. But I’m not sure who was more into Constantine — Miley or her mother.” Between songs from the musical, Miley grabbed Constantine and danced with him at the front of the stage and then Tish joined in.

Taylor Swift walked into Avenue, a new Nashville nightspot, to a round of applause, with her music blaring over the loudspeakers and her historic CMA victory replayed on big screens. The newly minted entertainer of the year held court in a short, black vintage-style dress, doling out big hugs to well-wishers and taking countless photos with anybody who asked. The 19-year-old posed with her mother, Reba McEntire and other party guests at the Big Machine bash.
Katelyn Tarver had some exciting news to share with her fans. She posted on her MySpace, “SOOO– remember that pilot I did last October for Nickelodeon?? Remember? Wellll, it got picked up a few months ago , and I’m shooting an episode next week!!!!! WHOOOOO!!! I’m SO excited! As of right now, I’m only shooting one episode but hopefully it might turn into more! Yes? Maybe? Hopefully?? I got the script yesterday, and I went in for my wardrobe fitting today…. I’m so pumped. And so thankful! I’ll keep you guys posted but just wanted to share that with you!”

While in Paris for New Moon promo, Kristen Stewart shared a surprise encounter with Fergie after a late-night dinner at the Hôtel Costes’s restaurant. “It was totally unplanned,” a source there tells us. Kris was dining with her New Moon castmates Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, but the guys left by 1:30 a.m. to return to their hotel. “Kristen stayed behind,” the eyewitness says, adding that she chatted with Fergie until about 2 a.m. when they left the hotel together, holding hands as they walked out. “[They] looked like they’d gotten on really well.”
