Selena Gomez and her mom Mandy grab dinner at Mexican restaurant Red O on Wednesday night (September 1) in West Hollywood.

Yesterday, the 18-year-old teen sensation and her band The Scene released a preview of their new music video, “A Year Without Rain”. The vid will premiere TOMORROW (Sept 3) shortly after the world premiere of Camp Rock 2 The Final Jam.

The 18-year-old actress just informed all of her fans that her new music video, “A Year Without Rain” will premiere NEXT Friday, September 3rd — right along with a preview of the new animated series Fish Hooks and the premiere of Camp Rock 2 The Final Jam.

The cast of Wizards of Waverly Place gather around writer and producer Peter Murietta as they accept the Emmy award for Outstanding Children’s Program at the 2010 Creative Arts Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (August 21).

The movie was up against it’s TV counterpart, iCarly, Hannah Montana and JONAS. Reactions to the win soon!

Selena, 18, posted on her Facebook a few days ago the full tracklisting to their sophomore album, A Year Without Rain. She writes, “Hey Everyone– I wanted to share with you the official tracks off my upcoming album ‘A Year Without Rain’ as well as the bonus features on the deluxe album. I can’t wait for you all to hear the album.”

The deluxe edition also features CD bonus tracks: Round & Round (Dave Aude Radio Remix), A Year Without Rain (EK’s Future Classic Remix - Radio Edit), and A Year Without Rain (Spanish-language version). Lucy Hale shows off her pearly whites as she snaps a pic with JJJ reader Deyanira at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre earlier this month in Universal City, Calif.

Deyanira writes to us about meeting almost every celeb at the award show, “I met Booboo Stewart at the Teen Choice Awards at Universal Studios. He was really nice, and took pictures and autographs with almost everyone. Since we were on the side where the trams would arrive nobody really came over but when we screamed his name he came toward our side. I was really excited because I LOVE him and me and my cousin even came out in his video he tweeted about the Teen Choice Awards, which totally made my day.”

She continued, “Not only did I meet Booboo but I also met other celebrities like Lucy Hale, Victoria Justice, Selena Gomez (who was by far the sweetest person I’ve ever met), Nathan and Zach from Allstar Weekend, Justin Long, Jason Derulo, Lea Michele, Josh Hutcherson, Bruno Mars, Big Time Rush, Lucas Cruikshank, Adam Sevani, Jennifer Stone and Francia Raisa.”
