Taylor Momsen is stunning in a Grecian Versace chiffon gown as she arrives at the 2009 Whitney Museum Gala held at NYC’s The Whitney Museum of American Art on Monday evening (October 19).

The 16-year-old Gossip Girl actress changed into a Versus Spring 2010 mini black dress to DJ the studio party held after the gala.

Taylor caught up with OK magazine on the red carpet and dished on what she loves to munch on to ward off illnesses. She shared, “I eats lots of vegetables. I eat really healthy and I work out. I dance and go to the gym a little bit here and there.”

Taylor Momsen blows out the candles on her cake at her 16th birthday party presented by MySpace at Hiro Ballroom at The Maritime Hotel on Tuesday night (July 28) in NYC.

The 16-year-old actress and her band Pretty Reckless performed at the event. Their set list included: “Panic,” “Good Girls,” “Heart,” “Zombie,” and “Sleeze Sister.”

Taylor recently dished to Teen Vogue mag about her music career and shared, “I don’t want to lose the artistry—a lot of people in music right now are faces—manufactured. I don’t want to be that.”

The 16-year-old Gossip Girl, who just celebrated her birthday on Sunday, opened up to the mag about Hannah Montana, her band Pretty Reckless and her new style. Check it:

On dating older guys: “I’m not dating anyone right now, but I’ve had lots of relationships. My parents know that I’m not going to date someone who’s sixteen. Boys are so much less mature than girls as it is; there’s just no way— I would eat a boy my age alive.”

On being in the music industry now: “I don’t want to lose the artistry—a lot of people in music right now are faces—manufactured. I don’t want to be that.”

On growing up in front of the camera: “I kind of grew up in front of the camera: I started modeling when I was two. I was never pushed into it, but I never really chose it either. That’s why music is so different for me—I’ve known since I was little that this is what I want to do.”

On almost being cast as Hannah Montana: “I think it’s a great opportunity for Miley [Cyrus], but yeah, I guess I am relieved [that I didn't get it]. If I had gotten the part, it would be a very different show. It wouldn’t have worked for me. I push back.”

On her new updated look: “I know people were a little, um, taken aback. But it wasn’t me that changed—it was just that I decided to start being myself. Now I do my own makeup, my own hair, and dress myself, and it feels better.”

On the future of Gossip Girl: “All I can say is that everyone else is moving on - Jenny’s going to be the only one still in high school, since everyone else will be in college. Whatever they end up doing, I’m sure there’s going to be lots of drama.”

On her upcoming costume fashion line with Jen Kao: “I can’t say much about it yet, but the vibe is a little rock n’ roll, a little dirty - but not stripper dirty. I don’t want people thinking this is what I would walk down the street in.”

On the fans coming to watch Gossip Girl filming: “There are hundreds of people outside. It’s pretty intense. When we started it was really calm, but all of a sudden it got insane. All the kids ditched their classes to come out and watch, and we had principals yelling at us because we were taking their kids out of class. I was like, ‘Oh my God, I’m an actress! It’s not my fault!’”
