Starring Demi Lovato, Tiffany Thornton and Sterling Knight, the new season premieres THIS Sunday, March 14th!

In the premiere episode “Walk A Mile In My Pants,” Sonny (Lovato) rallies everyone together for a “Walk-A-Thon For Books” and gets Tawni (Thornton) to donate her ‘Tawni Hart’s Extreme Skinny Jeans’ for all of the participants to wear. When Chad (Knight) finds out, he follows suit and organizes a “Walk-A-Thon Against Books” with participants also wearing Tawni’s pants. Eventually everyone starts dropping like flies as a result of SPS (Skinny Pants Syndrome).

Tiffany Thornton and Meaghan Martin snap a pic with owner Alma Tarriba as they help decorate cupcakes at Polkatots Cupcakes in Pasadena, Calif., on Saturday afternoon (March 6).

The duo were joined by pals Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, Bailee Madison, Gregg Sulkin and Savvy and Mandy.

The celebs helped out in the kitchen, decorating cupcakes and played games with children and families from The Starlight Children’s Foundation and Camp Ronald McDonald.

The Sonny With A Chance starlet turns 24 today — a Valentine’s Day baby!

Tiff’s done a lot in the last year — she’s sung of princes and with frogs, starred in Hatching Pete with Mitchel Musso and Jason Dolley and really found her prince!

She tweeted this afternoon in preparation for her birthday dinner, “A good way to figure out who your true friends are: invite them to your birthday dinner and see who actually shows up and doesn’t decide they have something better to do.”

Sonny With A Chance actress Tiffany Thornton is engaged!

The 23-year-old starlet, who wore a new diamond ring on her ring finger to the premiere of Dear John last night, will wed a man from Arkansas, according to J-14, but there’s no word on what his name is yet!

Tiff’s friend Leven Rambin tweeted her congratulations earlier today.

Congratulations, Tiff!! Can’t wait to meet your fiance!

Tiffany Thornton shows off her gorgeous BCBG Max Azria gown as she attends the premiere of Dear John held at Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Monday night (February 1).

The 23-year-old actress tweeted her reaction to the film, “I definitely think yall should see that movie. I cried, a lot. So bring tissues. It was amazing and I’m so impressed with the talent that was in that movie. Amanda Seyfried and Channing Tatum were phenomenal. So impressed.”

Sonny costars Sterling Knight and Allisyn Arm show off their completed birdhouse which is a part of Disney’s Friends for Change Habitat program.

Through May 2010, Disney’s Friends for Change is focused on protecting our one and only home base - our habitat! As part of the program, Disney worked with National Audubon Society to create the BIRD FEED pledge which helps kids understand just how important birds are to the environment and asks them to join together to create an important haven for neighborhood birds.

Keana Texeira and THIRTY100 frontman, Ryne Simmons also posed together against their soon-to-be-seen national ads for the brand. Prior to the shoot, Keana just returned from Canada where she performed in 2-sold out concerts with pop boy band WOW.

WOW will also be performing a PopCon with Selena Gomez, Tiffany Giardina and Justin Bieber in February.
