Victoria has been keeping herself busy with filming on her new Nick show. She tweeted just the other day, “Just left the recording studio with Mr. Michael Corkrin. Love him and the song!”

The ladies of Nickeldeon — Victoria Justice, Ashley Argota and Miranda Cosgrove — welcome the guys of new show Big Time Rush to the network in an unconventional way — a hockey game!

Along with The Troop’s Gage Golightly and Keke Palmer, presented the guys with a cake at the end of the day.

Big Time Rush is about four best friends — Carlos Pena, James Maslow, Logan Henderson and Kendall Schmidt — who get the opportunity of a lifetime to move to LA and be in a music group. The sneak peak of the show airs on Saturday, November 28th @ 8:30PM ET/PT.

Victoria Justice gives a happy thumbs up as she announces her verified Twitter account in this new YouTube video.

After losing her first video, the 16-year-old starlet popped back in on YouTube and uploaded a second, thanking all her fans and followers for the tremendous support she’s been recieving.

Victoria also encouraged everyone to, “follow @DanWarp, he’s Dan Schneider, who created my show. Without him, I would not be here doing what I love to do for you guys. He’s amazingly awesome and funny so you should follow him.”

Vic’s new show, Victorious, is set to premiere early 2010.

The 16-year-old Victorious starlet chatted with the mag about acting, being a great friend and what she would be doing if she wasn’t an actress. Check it:

On doing what she loves: “I was really so young that it wasn’t a decision I made taht I’m going to be an actor at that age. It was more like, ‘that looks like fun, and I want to try that.’

On alternate career paths: “It would probably be something in the entertainment field. I have a very inquisitive personality so I think I would make a good talk show host. I’ve also met so many talented people here in LA that are struggling, just trying to get a break. It would be really nice to be able to feature new talent on my talk/talent show and help someone achieve their dreams.”

On tips to finding good friends: “Being a teen can be tough. Just try to surround yourself with really good friends that have your back and also be a really good friend to those who really care about you.”

Victoria Justice’s dream is coming a reality.

The 16-year-old actress will play Tori Vega in the upcoming Nickelodeon show, Victorious.

Tori is a teen who unexpectedly finds herself navigating life at an elite performing arts high school. After her sister Trina (Daniella Monet) has a medical mishap on the night of the school’s annual talent showcase, Tori steps in to perform Trina’s song. Accompanied on the piano by her musically-gifted friend André (Leon Thomas), Tori’s singing and dancing impress the school’s principal so much that she offers her the opportunity of a lifetime – an invitation to become a student at Hollywood Arts High School.

From her first day at the school, Tori feels out of place among the amazingly talented students, especially mean diva Jade (Elizabeth Gillies). With the help of Trina, André and her new friends – brooding bad boy Beck (Avan Jogia, Spectacular!), eccentric Cat (Ariana Grande) and lovable but psychologically scrambled ventriloquist Robbie (Matthew Bennett) – Tori realizes that she was born to perform and that entertaining people not only makes her happy but may change her life.

Victoria dished to the NY Post about her performance scene, saying, “It was actually my first time ever performing in front of people which was pretty intense. But, like my character, once I got on stage, I just completely forgot about everything — I was so in the zone that I loved every second of it.”

The series, premiering in early 2010, will feature original music performed by Victoria and the rest of the cast.

Josh posted on his official MySpace after the events, saying, “Had an awesome day in L.A. So good to see my friends and my very best friends too. Vic[toria Justice] and I went to the Spike TV Scream Awards tonight and had a blast. It was my first time presenting an award on stage so I was NERVOUS which is weird because I pretty much never get nervous. It was a lot of fun and I got to see several people that I know. We also went to dinner with friends for my birthday which was nice because I don’t get to see them much right now because of the filming schedule.”
